After Izuku had his body healed a bit faster thanks to his powers. They walked around and entered the cafeteria and that's when things go down...

They then open their eyes only to see Izuku holding hands with another female.
Nora charged head first...

Izuku had lifted Saber with his strenght and carried her bridle style and quickly left the scene.
Izuku: Why couldn't I get a normal birthday for once... I just turned 17...
Saber: *I'm gonna be his first!*

Saber: Maybe I should give you a gift...

She grabbed his face and kissed him.
