Peter was just lying on the floor in the kitchen, a bullet wound in his chest, no one knows, why? Because he saved Shuri, the princess of Wakanda, from being shot and killed, this summer internship wasn't the best idea anymore, also no one knows he's spider man, not even Ned.
Flashback~
Peter was standing next to Shuri, he found out that she's also a meme lord, it was hilarious watching the others being confused, then out of nowhere his spider senses go off, he knew he had to push Shuri, and most likely get seriously hurt, 3 2 1, he pushed her harder then he wanted, she went to the ground, the a bullet went into his chest, he was also wearing a hard crimson red, jeez, 'ow, that hurt' Peter thought trying not to scream in pain.
"Peter what the hell!!" Tony shouted kneeling next to Shuri
"Go to your floor now!" Tony shouted, it hurt Peter's ears, Tony pointed to the elevator, Peter slowly made his way to the elevator, no one noticed his pain, not even Natasha, they had their attention on Shuri who kept saying she was fine.
End of flashback~
Now Peter was just lying there, holding in a cry of pain, his vision becoming blurry, bad thing is that he told JARVIS to not disturb him through out the day and night, so now he's alone, scared, in pain, he couldn't move, so he couldn't go grab his phone which he left in his room.
With Tony and the others
"I'm sorry, I don't know what happened there, Peter is never like this, well he's never acted like this the 3 weeks he's been here" Tony apologized to T'Challa and Shuri (is that how you spell his name?)
"It is ok, I'm fine" Shuri said pushing the others away to stand up
"We should leave him to calm down" Steve said to the others, they nodded in agreement, but they would soon regret this
Back with Peter
Everything.... everything was blurry, he couldn't see or speak, the pain was leaving his body, he knew it was a bad thing, he knew the bullet was close to his heart, he knew the others would leave him for the night..... he knew he would be dead by tomorrow, he knew he would never see his aunt again, never see his 2 best friends, never see the Avengers, never see his school and the bully's and people, and he knew the world would never see Spider Man again, but he did want to see those things again he knew he has to see them again, but he can't move, he can't speak, something is stopping him, was it the pain? He doesn't know, his eyes became very heavy, he wants to close them, but he knows he will die if he does close his eyes, but he couldn't keep them open, he drifted to the unknown world of death
The next day
"I'm going to see if Pete calmed down" Steve said heading to the elevator
"Sure"
After JARVIS brought Steve to the right floor the called Peter's name, nothing? Huh, odd
"Pete?" Steve walked into the kitchen to find Peter's lifeless body just lying there, "Pete-r?" Steve froze (again lol)
He didn't know what to do, he just stood there, frozen, eyes widened, his breathing uneven, was..... was he having a panic attack? (I've had 2 panic attacks this year already, one on my school tour and one in public they're not fun) nvm I had a panic attack yesterday
"J-JAR-VIS I-I can't breath" Steve slid down the wall not able to take his widened eyes off the lifeless teenager in front of him
"Is JARVIS muted? That's why he couldn't tell us about Peter......."
"JARVIS, 65th flo-or unmute" Steve managed to say, his voice uneven and he started to cry. (This is really based off of my experience with panic attacks)
"Steve its appears you are having a panic attack, I'm contacting Mr. Stark now"
With Stark and the others
"Sir" JARVIS said
"Yea, is everything ok with Pete and Steve, he's taking a while" Tony asked
"No, nothing is ok on Mr. Parker's floor" his voice sounded sad?
"Why?" Tony asked
"Peter..... Steve is currently having a panic attack" why didn't he continue with Peter?
"Steve Rogers having a panic attack? That's a first" Clint mumbled
"Is Peter ok?" Tony asked as him and Bruce walked to the elevator
"I'm sorry sir, Peter is dead" Tony stood there, processing what JARVIS just said
"Repeat that" Tony said, knowing the others are shocked, two questions was repeating in their minds, how did he die? and who killed him?
"Peter is.... dead" JARVIS paused for a moment then said dead
"How?" Tony's voice became dark, the others knew he was angry, who the fuck had the confidence to kill a 16 in the tower
"He was shot, I don't know who did it, but there is no weapons on Peter's floor, he was murdered 9 hours ago" JARVIS said, "By the corpses freshness, and 9 hours ago is when Peter pushed Shuri" JARVIS added
"This.... This i-is m-my fau-lt?" Shuri asked eyes widened, "Oh my god, he saved me?!" Shuri ran to the elevator to find Peter
"Tony? You ok?" Natasha walked over to the in shock Tony Stark, "How do I tell his Aunt? How do I tell the school?" Tony mumbled looking at Natasha eyes wide not knowing what to do
"If you want, I can help" she said, placing a hand on his shoulder
"Ok, JARVIS can you tell Happy to go pick up Peter's Aunt, thanks" Tony said

Then like magic, Bruce walked out
"How was my nephew murdered Bruce?" May asked, not sounding like she wanted to kill Tony anymore
"From the tests and cameras, Peter was shot long range by a Remington 700, but it seems, he was alive for, 15 minutes, only someone with enhanced healing, like a super human" Bruce said looking down at his clipboard a few times (I did look up a few things, mostly because I don't know much about guns, never seen one in person)
"What? a super human? Like spider man?" May asked
"Yea- wait, was he spider man?" Bruce looked at everyone who just shrugged.

"Hello Midtown, so I have bad news and worse news, but I want to talk about...... The empty seat" Tony paused, he was scared, "And why its there" Tony looked down in shame, "I just want to say, that I'm sorry and I take full responsible" Tony said, then Ned noticed Peter was nowhere insight
"Mj, where's Pete?" Ned whispered she just shrugged
"Ok, bad or worse?" Tony asked, hearing a bunch of 'bad' and also 'bad, I ain't prepared for worse yet'
"Ok, I won't continue the summer internship thing" Tony said yearning a few 'whys' and 'that is unfair!'
"The worse news is why, its because of something that happened" Tony's voice started to sound hoarse, "I'm just going to say it, Peter was murdered, 7th of July, Monday, 11:44" Tony nearly broke down, but he couldn't not in front of a bunch of teenagers
"What!?!??!" Mj shouted standing up, surprising everyone, "Peter is what?" Mj slowly walked over slapping Tony, "Who!? Who killed my best friend?! The first proper friend I had because no one else liked me?!?!?!?" She shouted slapping him again, he just let it happen
"I'm sorry, but I promise I will hunt this basterd down and kill him myself" Tony said
