"Does Kash know?" I asked and he shook his head

I sighed
"I don't like Kash anyways, but I might tell Kay, and Kay might tell Kash" I shrugged and he got up.
"Ari fucking Anna" he said closing his eyes

"My nigga acting shady finna get rid of his baby" I added before breaking out into laughter and everybody looked at us
He tried to hold a laugh but a smile soon broke out
"Fuck y'all looking at?" He asked causing everybody to mumble and turn around.
Soon my phone started ringing and it was Kay
"Hello?" I answered
"Trey's good, He can't have visitors right now so we're coming back in the morning" she said in a soft voice that I haven't heard since Kash broke her out that quiet stage
"You good?" I asked but instead of a reply she hung up.
I'll just give her time, I mean she did almost loose Trey, and no matter what terms they are on the love for him will always remain the same...
Kash-
"Hungry ?" I asked Kay and she shook her head no
"You haven't ate all day and it's 5 o'clock "
I said and she sighed
"Kayonna" I said In a more serious tone.
"I'm good Kash!" She said coming off a little loud a little too loud.
"Pipe the fuck down I was just trynna make sure yo skinny ass wasn't hungry " I said before starting the car up

I sat in the car and rested my head in my hands taking a deep breath.
I wasn't feeling good and I wasn't in the mood at all. I do understand I came at Kash wrong so I'll apologize, even though I kinda don't want too.
With my mind going everywhere I just decided on calling Ari.

"Not really, I kinda had a attitude with Kash for no reason at all, he was just trying to help and I was kinda snapping on him" I said playing with my house

I sat for a minute thinking, damn I really am bout to be eighteen pretty soon, I do trust Kash, maybe Ari has a point, if I don't break out this stage pretty soon Kash is going to get bored of me and move on.

Taking a deep breath I got out of car and locked the doors before walking in and was greeted by Kash's mom
I noticed how she hasn't been around much, but at the end of the day that's not my business

She nodded before pulling me into a hug
"Wow you talk?" She asked causing me to be lost for words

I smiled to myself shaking my head before going upstairs.
I slowly opened Kash's door only to see him shirtless laying on his back phone in hand
"Kash?" I asked coming off a little more soft then I intended.
He looked up for three seconds before turning his attention back to his phone causing me to sigh.
"I- ima get Ari to come get me, I'll leave " I said with my head low and he didn't say anything.
I walked in and started to grab my bags only to feel a set of arms wrap around me and Kash rested his head on my shoulder
Giving in I sighed
"I'm sorry I understand you were just trying to help " I said and he nodded
"It's ight Ugly " he said causing me to chuckle
He pecked my lips one good time before letting go and going to put on his shoes
"Where are you going?" I asked
"We're going on a movie date Ugly " he said
I shook my head and chuckled... he's always going to be like this but I honestly am in love with it.
TREY-
I woke up to my head banging, and a man figure sitting in front of me. I waited until my vision was clear again before my eyes went wide
"THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?' I said before quickly trying to sit up only to wince and pain and fall back down
"Trey Trey relax, relax !" He said coming over and I took a deep breath.
"You're not suppose to be here, what if someone sees you?" I asked
"Trey you're my son, if im hearing that you're on the verge of dying, fuck was I suppose to do wait till I hear you're dead? And I told Kash to make sure to close the visitation list"
"Let me guess Kash told you?" I asked
"nawww Kayonna did' He said in a sarcastic tone.

after I heard two gunshots go off my heart stopped and I looked at Kay who was froze.
"Kay, ima need you to stay here" I said and she shook her head no fast
"Kay stay here ima be back I promise, just don't look outside of this closet" I said slowly getting up and shut the closet door.
I grabbed the gun outof the dresser and slowly walked down the steps
"Trey!" I heard someone whisper yell causing me to jump.
I saw a body facing down and my heart dropped
"Paps?"
"Trey fucking von get yo ass over here right now!" I heard again causing me to jump and see my dad holding Mike, Kash's dad...
"w- how?" I asked dropping down over by him, his body was cold and he was out
"he saved my life, he saved my damn life" My paps said shaking his head
I looked down and bit down over my lip

he topped once he saw the worried expression over my face
"sh-she didn't make it?" he asked trying to hold everything back I could tell
"nah paps, she saved us " I said and he ran his hand down his face
interrupting our thoughts we heard police sirens approching.
"shit is too hot for me with twelve, I cant be here" he said rushing up
"Ill go get Kay" I said rushing up but he grabbed me

"Trey, I dont have time for this, just don't speak on me to anyone, ANYONE you understand?' he asled gripping my shoulders.
"Ill find aw way to stay in touch, and ill be back as soon as I get my shit together, ight?' he asked getting up and I nodded
"Hold it down son" he said in a soft voice causing me to sigh.
Flashback over-
"Trey!" My dad yelled causing me to look up
"Man what the fuck am I doing?" I asked causing him to look at me crazy
"What's on your mind Treyvon?"
"I really have been hiding all this shit from Kay like she ain't my sister, Like she don't keep it a stack with me.." I explained and he sighed
"This one isn't on you Trey, it's on me"
"Yeah but we kept you from Kay because we were afraid of her wanting to be with you and you didn't want her on the run with you, it's been years, all those cases are dropped, your name is changed, you look so damn different you got past a whole group of twelve getting up here, you straight now what are we hiding you from ?" I asked and he looked down
"I- this is best Trey" he said causing me to shake my head
"Nah I'm done hiding shit from Kay, I understand but it's time to come ba-
"Trey! I'm successful where I am now, I'm doing good, I got my education, I'm working, I'm good where I'm at son" he said causing me to look at him crazy
Just then I took a look at his appearance, he had on a clean tux, his long dred locks were no longer there, and he had lost weight, to me he looked rich, but in my hood what we call suburban.
"Get out of here man" I said shaking my head
"Trey.."
"When you're ready to talk to Kay hit me up, but you're to busy "being successful" that y- man just get out" I said shaking my head
He sighed.
My flight isn't till next week, I hope we can work something out soon Trey?" He said and I shook my head
He sighed and just left.
