One step, two steps, three steps, stop.
"You haven't taken your eyes off me."
He's a good watcher. She always knew that.
Is that because I'm awesome, isn't it? he grins.
She smiles, their hands touch.
A few seconds, and then: their fingers
weave together. Silence becomes noisy,
time stands still.
He gets close to hers, their hands separate each
other and take different paths. His hair are soft,
his lips warm. "No. Because I love you."
