I suggest reading this chapter with a black background, simply to set the scene. I put on a video as well, you might want to listen to it while reading... I don't usually do this, but I'll do it this time simply to set the scene. Also there is a lot of grammar errors and I'm really really sorry about that, I know my grammar is shitty don't bully me. XD I also would like to apologize if I didn't get all of the character personalities right. :,) Also the ending is weird I'm sorrrrryyyy

Haku jumped suddenly as the Skype ring tone sounds, and a notification popped up at the corner of his computer screen. He was delighted when he saw it was his older sister. Haku smiled widely as he accepted the call.

"Oh my god!!! Big sis!! It's been a while, yeah? How are you?!" Haku spoke quickly, his sister was barely able to catch up with his words. The Saitos exchange news, talk and generally catch up as they video call.

As his sister asked about any development of Haku's quirk, Haku suddenly gloomed. His bangs overshadowed his eyes as he lowered his head to the side. His sister immediately knew it was bad news.  "I don't know, it's all been so messed up. I feel so heavy and lately I've been stressed, I think I might go insane... haha.."

Haku's pupils grew small as sweat drops rolled down his face. Tears were on the verge of spilling. His sister started to throw some reassuring comments, and they help him, but he couldn't help but cry over the stress and overwhelming fear that has been engulfing him lately.

The video call ended with Haku's sister being comforting to her younger brother. Haku headed to bed with a few tears rolling down. He hugged his pillow, tightly covering himself with his blanket. He was unable to sleep that night until early hours the next day.

Maemi was settled quietly on her bean bag, scrolling through the requested direct messages on Instagram on her phone. She stopped as she encountered a message from what she knew to be a student from class 2G, a higher year than her. The other day that class was watching her class during training lesson. She entered the requested chat and began reading the semi-long message sent from the user:

who the fuck do u think u are? some strong, confident shit? stop acting as if ur better. ur quirk is useless, try going 4 a more realistic job like a constructor, ur quirk is perfect 4 that. u ain't shit with these "skills" of urs, give up.

Maemi immediately hit the home button and locked her phone. She dropped it to the floor as her brows furrowed and her face expression turned into a hurt, angered look. She was sure as hell she was going to respond to that piece of shit, but just for now, she just wanted to calm down.

Her emotions flew around as she let the words of the message sink in. God, she hated it so much. She groaned as she threw her head back, the palms of her hands aggressively rubbed her eyes as she attempted to stop the tears from coming.

Her clenched teeth lightened and turn into a sad look. She rested her hands on each side of her on the bean bag and sank in deeper into it. Maemi hugged the sleeves of her pj sweater and sat there quietly, staring into space while the sound of a soft draft and late night showers echoed in the background.

Ryuken woke up with a cold sweat, heavy breathing as he frantically looked around in terror. His eyes blinked in an attempt to hold back the tears of fear and distress. Once Ryuken realized where he was, in his dorm room, he sighed heavily and slowly fell back down to his bed.

His head hit the pillow and he stared at the ceiling calmly. His senses were sharpened, yet his eyes felt very heavy lidded. It was 2:39 am, and the cold night air was seeping in the small opening of the window.

Ryuken was physically and mentally tired, with dark bags decorating the area under his eyes and his mind slowly shutting down from the nightmare. Images of the Dark Maze flash through his mind and all he could do was try his best to forget it.

He turned to his side, his breathing became heavy and uneven. He closed his eyes and tried to sleep, but all he could think about was his mother. His horns pressed on his pillow, seemingly the only things that were reflecting the bright shine of the moon with their orange glow.

His breaths became even as he settled down. His instincts became dull and his body less tense. Ryuken was returning into his restless sleep, with the sound of the gentle rain soothing him.

Hiro hit his sparring punch bag, hit by hit more sweat was made and more rolled down his face. His fists were beginning to bruise from his repeated punching. "God fucking damnit," he hit the punching bag again and again, each time adding more aggression and hate.

He stopped with a final blow, and the punching bag swung backwards from all the force. Hiro stepped back as he watched the thing sway back and forth until it stopped moving. He wiped his forehead using the towel slung around his neck.

The troubled teen walked to his bed and sat down on the edge, looking at the floor. Both hands supported him from the back as his head dropped down. His breaths were slow and heavy. "I had to mess up today, didn't I?"

"I just had to go fuck things up," Hiro groaned and clutched his fists to his head. His mind flashed back to morning hours, how during training he lost balance and fell in gym gamma. It cost him a lower grade, but also what he thought was public embarrassment.

Such a stupid mistake made him conscious, how everyone views him and they thought better. His friends and boyfriend kept reassuring him that it was a one time thing. He went to sleep with a full, clouded mind as the distant sound of thunder sounds.

Tsushira scampered into her dark dorm room, closing the door immediately after she entered and collapsed, sliding down on the door as tears flooded her eyes. She hiccuped as she attempted to hold back sobs.

The one time she decided to go to a party on her own is the one time she regretted it. She covered her hands well, how did they see it? How did they see her claws? She made sure they were covered. And why, of all things, did they have make fun of her?

The oversized sweater that covered her hands was beginning to get wet as Tsushira used it to wipe away her tears. She slipped off her shoes and threw them to the side of the room. Bringing her knees to her chest, she hugged them and placed her forehead on them.

"What the h-hell is wrong with them?!" Her mind was racing with many thoughts. Her claws grew sharper and extended, her pupils round and puppy like. In the dimly lit room she sobbed for half an hour.

Dragging herself off of the floor, Tsushira changed into her sleeping clothes and headed to bed, hugging her pillow as she listened to the light raindrops making contact with her window.

Tokagé never knew he had to deal with this kind of attention. This overwhelming sense of people eyeing him all around. Why were people looking at him? Was it just him, or were people judging him? Why, whenever he would turn, could he feel a state at the back of his head?

He couldn't help but let a small amount of anxiety creep up. The sudden attention from strangers, and bad attention in fact, is nothing but troublesome for the poor lizard.

As night rolled around, Tokagé could do nothing but hope that the people in his school didn't judge his large tale.. sharp teeth.. scaly body or his big, pointy ears... ...damn it.

Sukēru sat up on his window sill and stared outside, debating whether to go into the balcony or not. He stared at the moon as it glowed while the rain fell calmly. His tail shifted on the bed slowly from left to right.

A sigh escaped his mouth, his ears slightly drooped down and a small frown crept on his lips. His eyes held back the tears of stress silently.

Joiku was staring at the ceiling as he lied down on his bed, his plush on the floor and his table lamp loosing power quickly and slowly dimming off, leaving the room in darkness.

He daydreamed of fantasies, daydreamed of alternative worlds, stories and twists that will never happen in this world. He dreamt to distract himself from reality.

Everything was so weird. Nothing felt like it was right, yet, when ever was it? The prickly boy turned to his side, sighing as his eyes slowly shut and his ears pick up on the droplets of rain making contact with the glass.

The eerie darkness crippled around him and he did nothing, forcing himself to sleep. Unsuccessful with trying to fall asleep, he lied there with his eyes closed and breathing uneven.

Reality is a weird place. You don't know anything about it, about the world you live in, you think you do simply to give yourself a sense of reassurance and closure, but some people have seen that trap and didn't fall for it.

For now, all that reality is doing is waiting for its next victim, ready to blind them form the happiness and the good in earth.
