"Thank you sir. I've heard good stuff about this college, so it was an easy decision to switch."
"Well, good luck with everything. If you need any help, feel free to ask me."
Jameel had been stood behind the door, listening to everything. He now knew his mystery girls name, Aaliyah. Such a beautiful name. Jameel couldn't believe how simple, yet stunning she was. He watched Aaliyah leave. He noticed how the other boys watched her.
Aaliyah was familiarising herself with the college. She noticed how all the girls were lusting after one boy, Jameel. She decided to meet this Jameel, to see what was so special about him. Aaliyah walked up to Jameel and noticed he was handsome, but there was nothing special about him.
Aaliyah went to the carnival that evening. She was enjoying the rides and attractions, but she thought she kept seeing Jameel everywhere. She went into the haunted house to see how scary it was. She was walking when some ghosts started scaring her. She ran away and ran straight into Jameel. She hugged him tightly and asked him to help her. Together, they conquered the haunted house.
Aaliyah and Jameel explored the rest of the carnival together. Jameel won a teddy bear for Aaliyah. Aaliyah felt something when he gave her the teddy bear, but brushed it off.
"Your not that bad. I can see why all the girls in college like you."
"Well, I don't like them. I'm waiting for her."
"Her?"
"The girl who upon first glance, will awake something in me."
"That's cool. I hope you find her."
"I already have."
"Good for you. I hope you're very happy together."
"We will be, as soon as she says she loves me."
"I'm sure she will. I have to go now. Bye."
Aaliyah turned to go, but her dress got caught in Jameels watch. Aaliyah tried to undo it, but it wouldn't budge. Jameel stepped into help. Aaliyah felt uncomfortable around him, for some reason. It was like there was an invisible thread binding them together
