* Before Zach tells the court that during the summer his dad died, he spent a lot of time at the movies, spending the majority of the summer with Hannah together to make up for what he did to her during the school year, He reads the letter Hannah wrote last year and visit the hospital, telling her he's going to testify and had a brief but nice conversation before leaving to arrive the court on time. With that happening, their argument gotten heated and when Tyler challenged Monty saying "Or else what?" while trapped against the wall after Monty threaten him, saying if he gets called Bryce's cocksucker again, or else, he punched him. He began to leave til Tyler called him out saying, "What, Are you pissed that you hate fags Or that it's true, that you secretly like riding Bryce just you used to do with Jeff before he died, that you would masturbate thinking of both of them fucking you 3-ways? * Hannah does return to Liberty High but only to get transferred again after learning that Bryce is back at the school.
* After brutally beating up Bryce for what he did to him, Zach limps on his way home where he sees Hannah who offered to give him ride to his house. (03x011)
* There's a rumor that Monty dies in prison which really was a rumor because Winston visits him in jail and the two talked. While they talked, Monty tells him he was accused of murdering Bryce and Winston who was in disbelief, admits he's gonna bail him out and they talked some more, ending it with a whisper of comfort and a kiss on the cheek.
* Whether it's throughout the visiting hours or phone calling in jail, It would always be Monty's mother or Winston there to see him.
* For season four, the core cast would of course graduate from Liberty High and at his time in jail, Monty starts to think over what Winston said before getting arrested and decided to take his advice on being whoever he wants to be.
* Right after Jessica's speech at the gym about the protest at the game and she encouraged everybody to stand up and say "I'm a survivor" if they've ever have been sexually harassed, Monty was shocked when seeing Winston stood up and he asked Winston about it.
* Monty apologize to Tyler for what he did to him.
* Monty bumps into and meets Winston when he went to hide out from his father after being confronted by Clay and the guys.
* Winston finds out that Monty raped Tyler
