Alexis stood her butt and legs against her sofa as she looked at the wall in front of her she had just hung 12 pictures to make like a large scale family photo wall and she had to make sure it was all even
In the center the largest picture is their recent family photo everyone in emerald green and white matching outfits Michael in Alexis's arms Harry sitting next to her his hand on her thigh and Angel standing behind them a hand on each of there outer shoulders she bit her lip
She stepped back to the wall slightly tilting one of Angel's baby pictures to be straighter when in reality her slightest nudge did nothing at all but satisfy her need for perfection
There were pictures of Angel and Harry, Alexis and Harry (as far back as before their first anniversary), Baby pictures of everyone, and pictures from the family photo shoot so everyone individually and everyone with Michael in different poses
The living room vibed off a green, gold, and black color scheme
The sofa was her favorite part the bright vivid emerald green color made the room pop they had gorgeous huge windows so the other pops of color were the plants she had potted in faux white marble holders in the corners and on the coffee table as well as on the built in shelves by the tv
The gold came in with all the decor all the picture frames, the coffee table legs, and the rug that was black and gold geometric shapes on a white background
The coffee table just the average black rectangle wooden table something sturdy
Today is the day that Harry and Angel get to see her vision come true
They left for 2 days to get a restraining order on Bonica all the stuff came in a few days before they left but they only saw the sofa she makes the big reveal today
Alexis heard Michael she walked over to his bouncer and scooped him up she went to the kitchen and sat at the island relaxing looking over the wonderful art she'd created
Harry gave her complete artistic range of the house he'd only said that he'd enjoy windows and to have a nice large closet he trusted Alexis with the rest she prayed her colors weren't too bold when Harry saw the sofa he was a bit shocked but he said he liked it she hope he meant that
He loved the kitchen white marble counter tops, grey fixtures (sink and stove), and black cabinetry with yellow highlights like the hand towels and some appliances
The bathrooms had the same black, white, gray, pastel blue theme
Angel decorated her own room how she liked, an accent wall of soft Baby pink a wispy almost white kinda pink with white fur and yellow accents very girly and boho
The nursery was her second favorite room his colors were brown, beige cream, and navy blue lots of giraffes since the colors go so well
The master bedroom beige, gold, black, and yellow
Alexis had never really liked yellow she didn't hate it but didn't love it but more recently Harry started to wear a lot of yellow and the more he wore it the more fond she became of it Harry says it just makes him happy
And all she wanted is a happy man she had no problem at all littering a little yellow here and there especially since her favorite color is black which is kinda the opposite of where Harry is going with the bright colors
She pulled Michael off and wiped his drooly face he wiggled his head to get away he screamed a little and flailed his little fists "you ready for daddy to come home?" Alexis asked excitedly
Michael made 4 months only a few days ago he is doing so well for being pre mature too he's actually a long baby his height is a little above average which Harry couldn't be prouder about
Harry and Angel pulled up Harry texted they were here and are walking in Alexis quickly ran to the sofa and laid Michael down she ducked behind the sofa she heard the door and bit her lip smiling
"See I told you nothing to-" Harry turned and saw the wall of pictures then Michael on the sofa who was leaning up and looking around while on his tummy "Hey buddy!" Harry greeted "where's your mama huh?" He asked chuckling
Alexis popped up "surprise Baby daddy! Finished the living room we are OFFFFFFICALLY allowed to call this home!" She clapped
Harry jumped and smiled "oh... mmm" he looked around he picked up Michael and walked to the picture wall "I love this Baby Girl it's amazing" he praised and turned he rubbed Michael's back bouncing a little out of habit "you did all this?"
She nodded triumphantly "I did! Michael helped mummy remember break times you know how I get when I'm focused on something" she folded her hands in front of her
He raised his eyebrows "yes I do I still can't believe you were up the whole night painting that one picture" he gestured to it on the wall "it's still lovely though" he smiled it was a calm forest scene
"Thank you" she kissed him and spun around "Angel honey! Come give me a hug I missed you!" Alexis held her arms out and Angel ran over Alexis kissed her head "mmmmm!" Alexis hummed squeezing her in a bear hug Angel maybe 17 now but Alexis would never be able to keep from babying her "so what do you think mama did a good job?"
She nodded "I love it mom!"
Alexis sighed airily "I'm just the best it's what I do" she let Angel go and waved her hand closing her eyes "ugh don't talk to me I'm an artistic genius" Alexis peeked an eye at Harry and winked he rolled his eyes
"Darling of course you are!" He played along She nodded and flipped her hair off her shoulder
"I know I know it must be great being around me all the time" she bit her lip trying to stay serious
"It is I don't know what else I could possible do with my time"
"Totally mom you're just the bestest there ever was" Angel added Harry laughed making Alexis squint
"Stop laughing I'm amazing!" She burst out laughing too
Harry looked down at Michael and held him up "oh mama is so silly isn't she? Isn't she? Mmm yes she is! She's so silly!" Harry baby talked and raised Mike up in the air moving him up and down to give him kisses "say mama, say mama mah-mah-mah-mah"
Michael squealed laughing kicking his feet
Alexis cooed "he's so precious"
"I know his little giggle is the cutest" Angel agreed
"I was talking about your father" Alexis joked laughing to herself
"Mama dada mama dada" Harry sang and cradled Michael to his chest Mike grabbed his silver necklace and tugged it
"Ah-ah-ah" Michael attempted to mimic
"I've got dinner ready for my hungry loves!" Alexis held up her hands "yay who's hungry?"
"Oh me!" Harry yelled "Angel wimped out early and we stopped and got her something to eat on the way home but I waited my love" Harry smirked
Angel gasped "traitor how dare you throw me under the bus!" She stumped
Harry shrugged "I'm on your mother's good side and I'm staying that way"
Alexis giggled "since you ate go have a shower and relax your father and I are gunna eat and do the same"
Angel nodded and crossed her arms "watch out daddy I'm watching you like a hawk" she squinted at him pointing 2 fingers at her own eyes then at his and walked down the hall
"Why am I actually intimidated?" Harry asked
Alexis shrugged "come eat its Alfredo"
Harry went and laid Michael in his swing giving him a toy before coming into the kitchen and pressing himself up against Alexis who was setting a pre-made bowl in the microwave he swayed them "I missed you"
She pressed back against him wrapping her arms around his neck "I'm glad you're back" she smiled
He rubbed down her thighs "no more Bonica ,my love, at all" he smiled himself and kissed her head
"Those words... oh wishes do come true" she laughed and turned to face him "are you ever gunna tell Angel why you and her mother were together?"
He frowned "no! It's-" he paused and sighed heavily "I mean eventually I know she's curious also she asks why I have no pictures with her mother pregnant if we were 'together' or pictures of me and her mother at all I know I'll have to tell her one day but not now"
Alexis nodded "when you tell her... are you going to tell her about us too? How we started?"
He shook his head "Alexis I don't think- I just- I don't want her to look at you or our relationship any differently because I love you I really really do"
She nodded "I understand that I do and as much as I see her as my daughter I respect what and when you tell her things if you wanna wait that's fine if you don't wanna tell her at all I would understand but I feel like she deserves to know and especially about her mother" she shrugged "as for me a guess a lesson learned you can be with anyone you want regardless of differences as long as you love them" she bit her lip "but that's depending I guess... well whatever just the truth won't hurt ya know?"
Harry nodded "yeah baby girl I know" he rubbed her thighs again the microwaved beeped and his mouth watered "you eating with me?" He asked
She nodded "I am"
"Great" he pulled out his bowl and set it to the side "I'll wait to eat with you" he sat at the island and Alexis popped in her bowl he watched her contently noticing the tank top paired with the large baggy sweat pants she wore expose her hips just a touch he could see a bit of white lace trim peeking from the black waist band
And as if she knew she pulled up her pants ruining the view he frowned "we should have date night soon" Harry hummed
Alexis took her bowl out and sat next to him "aww that sounds great I'd actually love that it's been what 5 months? Since before Mikey was born?"
He frowned deeper "well now I sound like a crap boyfriend"
She laughed and stirred her food "it's reasonable I didn't even leave the house the first few weeks and I didn't wanna go out unless I had to cause I didn't wanna expose him to germs but now... he can come" she paused "he is coming right?"
"Well I was thinking just an us date but if you want him to come he can" Harry shrugged
She nodded "I want him to come then when he's a touch older we can leave him with Angel then he won't need my milk every 5 minutes ya know?" She took a bite
Harry nodded he kissed her head "I love you"
She covered her mouth and laughed "I'm eating!"
He laughed "I can't love you while you're eating?"
"Nooo!" She chewed still slightly laughing
He rolled his eyes "well I love you anyway you can't tell me what to do" he took a bite
"I love you too" she kissed his cheek "now eat and hush"
"This is the treatment I get after 2 days away from home? I'm insulted, I'm hurt, and I want love"
She shrugged "yeah yeah save it for the bedroom" she giggled
