An oc from Earth reincarnates to an anime world, like one piece or naruto, and then dies again and reincarnates on Earth again. Or vice versa, dying in an anime, reincarnating on Earth and then dying and reincarnating again to their original anime.
I read a novel that has a similar concept called 'returning from the immortal world.' It is Chinese based though, with cultivation and stuff.
