Gahhh! First day and I am tardy. There goes my attendance record. I have no idea how I could have woken up late. My!
Well I have other subjects to focus on. I am very lucky that my first class is just language arts. The work done here is reading, building up one's vocabulary.

Gulp. Kevin is staring at me. He probably wants to push me around just like back then when we were children.
Free POV:
The bell rang. Kevin was frozen. During the whole period, he was staring at Double D.
Kevin's POV:
I grabbed Edd as soon as he stepped out of the class room.
"Let me go, please?" Edd asked.
"You better shut it, or I'll pound ya"
Why is my heart beating so fast?
"Where's your locker?!" I yelled.
"I-It's there...I ask of you Kevin let me go..." pleaded Double D.
All I knew is that as I grabbed him and stuffed him in his locker. My heart broke. But...
That'll teach him for whatever he's done to me.
I smirked as I closed the locker door. I was walking away and as I turned the corner, I felt him staring at me.
Edd's POV:
Gahh!!! Dirty dirty...
I slammed the locker door open. What had I done to Kevin to make him so angry?
As I was picking up my things, I lifted my head and saw Kevin turning the corner.
As he left, I couldn't help, but stare. He's grown, building muscle yet still wears his red hat.
"He's gotten...han-"
"DOUBLE D!!!" My whisper was interrupted as I turned and saw my dear old friend, Ed and Eddy, walking towards me.
"Why hello"
"Gosh Double D, what happened to you?" Eddy asked while picking up one of my books. The boy has gotten a bit taller yet still had that attitude of his.
"Did you trip yourself again, hah!"
"Double D is hurt?" whimpered Ed. The boy who had a soft heart,but was awfully strong. He didn't even know how easily he could hurt anyone physically.
"I am fine fellas"
But...I feel...different somehow. Wait...did I almost admit I thought...I'm a male. How could I think such things...
Kevin's POV:
I couldn't bring myself to leave. So I just watched Edd from afar behind the corner. I could see him talking to himself.
Hold on...I mean I could read lip movement, but...nahh
His buddies showed up.
Ed isn't that bad, but Eddy is...annoying.
Why does Edd have a friend like him?!
Eddy doesn't know how to protect...Double Dork...
Edd's POV:
School ended awhile ago. I never saw Kevin after that incident. I felt a bit saddened.
I'm sitting in an empty house, looking out my window. I see Kevin looking out of his window from his bedroom.
We made eye contact. I turned away.
My heartbeat increased.
But when I turned back, he was gone.
Kevin's POV:
That's it...I have to do something. I can't keep ignoring the bug in my chest. It's annoying. I have no idea what I think of Edd anymore. I can't possibly think why my heartbeats increased today.
I've known Edd since he moved to the Cul-De-Sac. We were friends until he joined the trio and I've bullied him ever since.
But why today?
I fell for him today. Did I always keep this feeling hidden?
Maybe it's because he changed over summer...he's hair has grown longer, still wearing that beanie, but...
I've always known it.
I've bullied him, kept him away..teased him, because...
I like him. He isn't like any girl. He isn't like any guy. He's freaking Edd!
Edd's POV:
I heard a knock at the door and was surprised to see Kevin standing there at the steps.
"Listen Dork, You and me...just here!"
"Wait Kevin!" But he ran off.
I looked down at the post it note he gave me.
"Friday, after school, the park"
Is it because I made him mad?
