LEE DAHYE
My days have been very busy. There are so much things going on after getting into university. So far, it was fun but I had to face a packed schedule everyday. I went out to attend classes in morning, then after class ended, I had to spend time for the club activity. I can go home only when it's few hours before dinner time. I got home as fast as possible, prepare the dinner, eat, wash up and go to bed or finish some work in the room.
I was quite thankful to have a busy schedule almost everyday in a week. It's like killing two birds with one stone. I can appear less in front of Jun when I'm busy. I have a feeling that he is uncomfortable with me around. Since the incident where I flashed him an idiot looking smile, I don't have the courage to talk or smile to him anymore. I don't want to look dumb in front of him. Moreover, he didn't greet me too when we're living in the same house for few days. That's why I'm grateful that we barely see each other in a day. Basically we met only during breakfast and dinner.
As usual, I locked myself in the room after dinner tonight. I had to get my unfinished assignment done. I was too focused at my work and surprised to see the time shows 3am. I want to sleep but my stomach is crying for food. I straightly heads to the kitchen and thinking about making some sandwich for me. While grabbing the ingredients from the fridge, I heard a 'hey' above me, who is squatting in front of the fridge door. It was him. I can guess he was hungry too then I offered him some sandwich. He agreed right away after I asked him.
Moments later, I'm almost done preparing it. I look at him to see what he is doing because he didn't let out any sound while waiting. When I look at him, our eyes met for few seconds then he looks away.
He's staring at me all this time? I thought he was asleep or something. Tsk. He must've been so hungry.
I put his plate of sandwich in front of him and he grabbed it immediately. I feel so proud after he compliments my sandwich. Honestly, it doesn't deserve compliments at all since it's just a simple dish. Even a 5 year old can do it. Nevertheless, he seems so enjoyed and I'm very happy to see his reaction.
We have a little chat. He asked me about why I locked myself in the room every night. I told him the truth and he gave me the most reassuring answer ever. I can't help not to let out my big and maybe idiot looking smile again. I don't care if I look idiot anymore at the moment because I'm genuinely happy and relieved. Unexpectedly, he also gave me the sweetest smile I could have received from someone. I went to sleep in happiness that I wish I can dance to show how happy I am.
