Some of the other species were motivated on what they witness the other day with the Rose Army and decided with their family if joining the military can help them and other people

So to develop new recruits into a fine soldier, Sian made an Academy in the center of the base near HQ. The Academy is for everyone to join and become a soldier, a military school for everyone who want's to protect their people. Young or old, humans or other species are qualified to join, as long as they don't betray the reason of the academy.
That's not all.......
Sian constructed a school for the children who will become soldiers in the future. A school for rich, poor ,and other species. The school's enrollment doesn't have an enrollment fee so that the poor can have the chance to enroll and secure their future. It also consist of tons of classroom to separate their status and species to avoid mutual combat of each species.

And named the two constructed buildings into Rose EleHigh-School (RHES), for the children to develop their potential and Rose Military Academy (RMA).
After the opening of the school......
-Made an huge hit in the kingdom
-30% of the Kingdom's students transferred
-All the homeless are now staying in the base to study and have their future (children/old)
- Poverty were lessen
-And made other villagers migrate to Elkia and have their kids enroll to "ROSE"

Anna: True, it is a bit shocking ......but
Assistant: Then!!!.....
Anna: As long as they are our flower, they will rise like a rose and have thorns to protect their beauty and have their owner satisfied of their power.
Elder: True.....If we stop them for our own selfishness, I think they'll struck us with their thorns
Anna: And I believe he will take us to the top as he rose his stem and have his thorns be our stairs (Smile)
