Blythe's POV ~
As I sat down on the couch for the last time as a single woman all I could think about was why my parents would agree to an arranged marriage. Their my parents, you're supposed to trust your parents, but they went behind my back and planned for their only daughter to marry one of the richest men alive.
Lee Jooheon.
Granted he's extremely handsome, he's also a total prick. He inherited his father's good looks and greed for money.
But I couldn't do anything about it. I had to marry him. Tomorrow. Tomorrow was the "big day" as my parents say. I always imagined myself marrying the love of my life. With a beautiful white dress, holding extravagant white roses as I passionately kiss my soulmate.
But no.
My parents ripped that fantasy away from me.
~The Wedding Day~
Jooheon's POV ~
"I'm just saying, what if she's drop dead gorgeous?" My best friend, Changkyun, said as he brushed down his tux jacket. He gently placed the white rose in his jacket pocket and turned around to look at me.
"It won't matter," I said, doing up my tie "I'm not going to love this girl. This was my parents stupid idea. Not mine" I said harshly.
"If you don't like her, can I have her?" Changkyun smirked and fixed his hair. I scoffed quietly and shook my head.
"I don't care dude. Come on. The wedding is about to start,"
Blythe's POV ~
My mother gently places the veil upon my head and smiled at me, her wicked evil smile.
"You look beautiful, Blythe," she softly kissed my head. I stood their silently, looking at myself in the mirror.
The dress was a simple, yet elegant, ivory satin, mermaid, sleeveless, cowl neckline, dress. My hair was done up in a fancy bun and my heels hurt like no other pain I've felt before.
I was ready to walk down the isle. My father gently put my arm around his and softly held my hand. He smiled his wide and caring smile as he slowly walked me down the isle. I looked up through my veil at Jooheon, he was noticeably in shock.
Jooheon's POV ~
As she started to walk down the isle I couldn't help but notice how beautiful she truly was. Her hair was a gorgeous blonde color and her dress perfectly fit her body. As her father slowly started to pull away from her I gently held her hand, fearful I might hurt her. She looked so fragile and sweet and innocent.
As the priest talked his nonsense that I really didn't care about, I couldn't help but stare into her eyes though her veil. I was so stupid for thinking I wouldn't be attracted to her. But before I could do anything else I heard the priest say my name.
"Jooheon? Do you take Blythe Willows to be your loftily wedded wife?" The entire room was silent.
"I do," my voice was strong. And I couldn't help but admire how beautiful her name was.
"Blythe? Do you take Lee Jooheon to be your loftily wedded husband?" The priest looked at her.
"I do," her voice was quiet and sweet.
"You may kiss the bride,"
Blythe's POV ~
As I heard those words I started to panic. I was nervous he wouldn't kiss me with any feeling, but when he gently held my face in his hands and presses his lips against mine I felt safe. We both felt the passion of our first kiss as everyone clapped and cheered. He slowly pulled away and held my hand, leading me down the isle as a smile slowly spread across his handsome face.
