In a quiet room, all were gathered for an important meeting. The doors were shut. Everyone had their mouth closed not wanting to say anything. Even the director himself wouldn't dare open his mouth.
Love By Chance Season 2 was confirmed. Yes. It was what most of the fans wanted. And finally, it's coming true.
But Perth broke the silence.
Perth: So, let's get this done for P. I still have an appointment at 11. Its already 9:30.
He nonchalantly opened his mouth while looking at his watch. He doesn't look bothered one bit. But everyone in the room is. They are bothered that Perth may not show it, but they know he's the one who's hurting in this situation the most.
Chen: See? N'Perth already approves. So what's more to talk about?
Perth: We can't force people to be a part of something unwillingly. It can ruin the production and the effort of the entire team.
Everyone gulped hearing one of the main cast voice his opinion out.
Perth: P'Saint, It's fine. Thank you for the past season. It was a very memorable experience for me.
Saint without saying anything, was just staring at Perth.
Perth gave him a bright smile saying it was fine.
New: Okay, if that's your final decision. We won't force it.
New went straight to Saint and Chen. He extended his hand and offered them a handshake.
New: It was nice working with the both of you. This season is gonna be different especially with Saint out of the picture. But we'll do our best to find the best replacement for you.
Chen and Saint shook New's hand and was about to leave. New went straight to his seat and settled himself.
Saint and Chen got up and properly wai'd at everyone. No voice were coming out from all of them.
Chen already got out of the room when Saint was looking at them one by one especially to Perth.
Mean: I hope one day you won't regret this
Saint's attention was diverted to Mean who spoke a few words, but it got stuck in his head.
Saint quickly got out of the room and left them.
Perth: So- who's gonna be my new partner Khun New khrab?
Literally all of them were looking at Perth.
In the past interviews, Perth kept on telling the reporters that he always wanted to work with his P'Saint. He feels the most comfortable with him. But now there's no second chance for it. Everyone in the room all knew that fact so they can't help but be sad for him.
New: So since it has come to this, I'll be handling an audition again. Ugh. Another work added again but what can we ever do? Does anyone here know why he quit?
Nobody answered.
New: Okay. Then, Perth I'll text you the details next week. Please clear your schedule even just once a week. You need to be there for the audition together with Mame. You know how this works right?
Perth nodded.
Perth: Khrab Khun New
New: Okay for now, that's it. We'll inform everyone of you once the audition is done. You may now leave.
All didn't move an inch.
Perth: Then, Ill be going ahead na khrab. I still have an appointment. Bye bye
Perth politely wai'd at everyone.
Now that Perth is out of the room, everyone started gathering around to gossip.
New: What is Saint doing? Why did he quit? He was so fitting with the role. He even was enjoying the entire time we had taping for season 1. If anyone of you knows something then tell me now.
Nobody would say anything.
Plan: I don't have any idea khrab Khun New. But all I know is that Perth is sad and disappointed right now. I could totally feel it.
Everyone nodded in unison.
Mean: Let's just give Saint some time to think. He'll get back to his senses soon.
New: Do you know something Nong?
Mean: Let's just say that he needs to be an adult soon and not let Perth suffer anymore.
New: What do you-
Their conversation was interrupted when Pupae showed up.
Pupae: What are you guys doing? Plan, Title, Gun? Do you plan on staying here the entire day? You have your own appointments as well. Get moving!
The three stood up and immediately left the room.
New: Please keep in touch with me Pupae.
Pupae: Kha Khun New
Pupae left the room and New was left there scratching his head in disbelief.
New: They really like to cause trouble so much
He heaved a heavy sigh and left the place as well as he still had an appointment.
Perth was already on the road and was blankly looking at the window.
Perth murmured to himself,
"You make me laugh. If you hate me that much, then so be it. I won't bother you ever again."

Saint completely dropped off the series. He loved his role so much. But no matter how much he reason's out, his manager just won't listen.
Saint: Why did you make me drop out of the series P'Chen?! You know how much I loved that role, working with Tempt, also with Perth. I-
Chen: You already have a full schedule for the entire year N'Saint. You have so much high demand right now even if you go solo. Why would I want to put you in a series, tire yourself out when you can just show up on events and make more money than acting in a series? Stop wasting your time. Stop wasting MY time.
They were both having this conversation inside the van. Saint was just in pure shock right now.
Saint: So this is about money huh?
Chen glared at him.
Chen: Isn't that why we're both working hard? For money?
Saint averted his gaze in disbelief. He never thought his manager could be this greedy. He used to ask him what he wants to do or confirms something before settling to a final decision but this time, it was just, completely abrupt. Saint couldn't even mutter a word infront of everyone earlier because he too had mixed emotions but he was pretty sure it was all negative.
Saint: So I won't be able to do things on my own now huh. Now that I'm already old enough.
Saint was talking to himself but he made sure his P'Chen still hears it so Chen answered him.
Chen: I'm making every decision to make your popularity rise more. I know with that series it'll go higher, but you'll always have "BL" creeping behind your back wherever you may go. Do you always wanna be considered as the "bottom" no matter where you show up?! I'm trying to clean your image here!
Saint: But that's how I started! BL! You can't take that fact away from me! I don't care if they'll see me as a bottom, sub, whatever you call it. I love acting as Pete! I love working with N'Perth! I-
Chen: Don't tell me, you're having feelings for N'Perth?!
Saint stopped on his ranting.
Saint: Why would you even think that?! Just because I act a gay role, doesn't mean Im gay in real life as well!
Chen: Then you've got no problems leaving the series since nothing more attaches it to you other than Pete right?! Why can't we both just move on?! I have already announced my decision. I am your manager. I know what's best for you.
Saint: Do you really?
Saint turned his gaze again to the window. Not wanting to argue some more.
Silence and only heavy feelings was what's inside the van althrough out the drive. It was the first time they argued and it was that bad already.
No one said anything. They let silence consume them.
