A story always starts with a dream or an unforgettable memory. But in mine, it started when the world ended.
Three hundred years ago, exactly August 5, 3421, the earth died.
No, it did not happen in a sort of slow death, the kind of death weather forecasts deliver like severe flooding, turbulent tsunamis, green house gases, extreme heat, disappearance of the ozone layer which caused the sun's rays to kill life, human activities, tempest storms...
Nothing like that at all.
It ended in a sort of an explosion that ended the dinosaur era.
And we, those who had escaped, are heading off towards the new planet.
The ride will be very long. And the others are already asleep in their capsules. I might as well sleep too but I have to keep writing.
