It was the day after BTS' new comeback, Boy With Luv
You were extremely happy to see Taehyung coming back. There were articles explaining how he recovered quickly when of course he had nothing to recover from in the first place
He looked so good during the music video, you just wanted to run to his dorm and kiss him right there
You had finally realized your feelings for Mr. Kim Taehyung and you hoped he felt the same. Especially with the fact that he flirted with you so much
He liked you too....didn't he?
You continued walking to the mall along with Momo and Mina to get a dress for the awards show tomorrow
You really wanted to impress Taehyung especially with your insecurities, you didn't feel as though you were worth Taehyung's attention at times
"What style do you want" Momo held up two dresses
One was a red lacy dress that showed a little too much cleavage
The other was a blue solid dress that looked plain
"Neither. I really want to look different! Maybe something new to my style" You told her
Mina frowned looking at you
"Y/N you're beautiful as you are, girl. You don't need a style change to show that. I say that if he doesn't love what you like, then he ain't worth it" She told you
"I agree Y/N. I know you like lace and that you like to cover up more"
They knew you too well. During the time you all met, they had known more about you then Jisoo ever did in the many years she knew you
They knew that you were insecure about the stretch marks you had on your breasts and that you didn't like dresses because of them
It was obvious you were uncomfortable with both dresses so Momo put them away
"Wowwww" You exclaimed looking at a black dress with silver
"That's the one!"
"Yup. You should get it Y/N!"
"Alright let me try" You went to put it on and come back getting cheers from your friends
"You look amazing!"
You yourself felt beautiful in it. It showed your curves and hid the stretch marks you were always afraid of showing
"I'll get it" You all leave after and go to your place

The next day you find yourself getting your hair curled by Momo and Mina does your makeup
"Don't you guys think this is a little much?" You ask
"No!" They both yell
"You're going to an idol awards show!"
"Yeah! And Taehyung is gonna be with you all night! Now sit still"
You sigh before looking in the mirror when they move away
"Holybsidhsjsbs I look good!" You admire yourself
"Yup and Taehyung will think so too" They smirk
You smile
'I hope he will'
Just as you thought of him, you get a call
"Hello?"
"Hey! I'm outside the door. I rang but no one opened"
"Oh sorry!"
You cut the call grabbing your purse
"Good luck!"
"Don't come back until 3 am" Momo smirked
You opened the door to be met with his body in a luxurious suit
'Oof he looks good'
He smirks as he notices you check him out. "Hey baby" He says kissing your hand to greet you
"H-hi!"
"God you look beautiful" He pulls you in by the waist. He leans into your neck before you hear a click
The both of your turn as Momo hides her phone
"Uhm...okay bye take care!" They close the door
"Shall we mademoiselle?" He holds out his hand
"Yes we shall sir" You walk out entering his car
He drives for about 10 minutes before reaching for your hand and intertwining it
"Are you sure that I'm okay to go?" You ask still insecure from the last occurrence you had in a public area with idols
"Of course! Y/N you'll stand out more than any of them"
He parks his car and caresses your cheek
"Let's go"
You walk in and see the hall full of only idols, completely different from the shows you'd seen on Youtube. There were no fans only a stage and tables
"Alright. I see the hyungs over there. Come on" He wraps his arm around your waist
"Hyungs" He coldly greets them
"Tae!" Jimin calls patting the seat next to him
"I'll sit here" He sits the farthest from Jimin, leaving him in a sad look
"Tae. We can sit next to him" You ask but he only looks back coldly
"I don't like sitting near traitors"
'Oh shit'
You stand in shock but obediently sit next to him
Jimin looks down, tears in his eyes as his date comforts him
The night passes as BTS accept 3 awards but near the end you notice him stiffen
You look on stage to see Baekhyun and Sana hugging each other as the show ends
You notice Baekhyun now look at you and immediately come down to you as Sana follows quietly
"Why Hello there Y/N!" He greets ignoring Taehyung
"It seems that both of our dates feel uncomfortable. I wonder why" He smirks
You look at him confused
"Ah why yes of course-"
"Baekhyun" Taehyung threatens
"You're just the rebound of my date over here. Second place as some may say. You're the one he chose because he needed to get over my girlfriend"
You stare back in shock
You knew of the rumors, but Tae and Sana actually dated?
You look at Taehyung hoping he'd fight back but he looks down
You feel hurt. Used. You knew you were jumping to conclusions but why wasn't he defending you. Surely this wasn't true
"Huh. So I was a rebound? You're looking down even now as I talk. You just wanted someone to love you so you could make them feel the same you did" You snarled
You don't even notice the other boys of Bangtan back up Taehyung
"Fuck off Baekhyun" Jungkook tells him off
"Y/N, there's so much more to this. I'm sure Taehyung can explain" Jin tells you
You scoff seeing him look up at Sana
"Clearly not. I'm just gonna go" You're about to leave before Namjoon pulls you back
"Y/N just stay. There's a few minutes left until the food comes. I'm sure you're starving"
'Ugh food does sound good about now'
You look up at Taehyung who still stares at Sana as the boys fight
You walk off without bothering to talk more, calling Mina to pick you up
You walk into the bathroom as you feel tears run down from frustration
"When will I be good enough?" You sob
You feel someone hug you from behind and calm you down
"Get off Taehyung"
"I'm sorry" He crys
"I should've stood up for you. You're not second place or any other. You're my Y/N. The only one that I've fallen in love with"
You look up to meet his eyes, shocked
You turn in his arms "You really mean that?"
"Of course"
"T-that doesn't change anything. I don't care if you say you love me right now cause if you did, you would've defended me rather than stare at her"
And with that you walk off

Made a change to the ending. I felt like them kissing was dumb. No one should ever make someone feel used and later kiss them
