Lacey's POV:
-Kingsman HQ
We sat down and Eggsy and Harry were doing spy things or whatever. I started spinning around in one of the spinny chairs and Harry stopped me.
"Lacey why don't you go upstairs for a bit, cool off while Eggsy and I get some work done." I sighed a little and then got up to leave. I shot them both a small smile and only Harry returned it.
When I got up to my room I noticed a speaker sitting on top of the nightstand. Since I literally had nothing better to do I decided to play some music. I plugged in my phone and put on my dancing playlist. I turned it all the way up and let loose. I was not the best dancer, scratch that I was actually a horrible dancer but every once in a while I loved to turn the music all the way up and dance it out.
Harry's POV:
While Eggsy and I were working on Lacey's case, I noticed Eggsy was being short with me.
"Well Eggsy, what is it? I'm simply not in the mood to play such childish guessing games with you." He slammed his papers on his desk and turned to me.
"Lacey. I like her alright? Think she's amazing, funny, bright and pretty huh? Couldn't help but notice you thinkin the same of her. I'm gonna be honest bruv I was angry at first when I noticed she fancied you. But then I realized that you'd be great for her. So Harry that's it bruv. We cool?" It took me a second to respond to him because he said that Lacey fancied me. I hadn't even thought of that being true until now.
"Ah. Yes. We are indeed 'cool'." Eggsy smiled and stuck out his hand. We shook hands and returned to work. We hadn't gotten another lead besides the tag of "kingofkings". I couldn't wrap my head around the case in general and was getting quite upset. I then heard loud banging coming from upstairs.
"What the bloody hell is that racket? Go check it out eh bruv?" I nodded my head and followed the sound until I reached Lacey's room. I realized the banging was just loud playing music. I knocked on the door, no answer. I knocked again and still no answer. I decided to just walk in and see what the hell she was doing. I opened the door to see a dancing Lacey. She turned around and started laughing when she saw me. She walked over to me and stuck out her hands. I couldn't help but laugh.
"Now what the bloody hell are you doing?" Before I realized it, she had grabbed my hands and pulled me into the middle of the room.
"It's called dancing Harry Hart! Must've been the one thing Kingsman hasn't taught you!" I smiled and began dancing as well.
Lacey's POV:
Harry started dancing and I actually think it was the worse I had ever seen. He spun me around and then I ran over to the speaker and turned it down. "Harry Hart, you've got some learning to do if you ever decide to make it as a dancer." I said laughing. Harry laughed as well and sat down on the bed. "Anyway, what'd you need?" He took off his jacket and folded it over his arms.
"Actually didn't need anything. Just heard the music and wanted to make sure everything was all right. I see now that it is." He said laughing. I sat down next to him. He looked at me for what felt like an hour and I swear to god we were about to kiss. He got an incoming call on those dopey glasses. "Yes Eggsy he right there. Lacey we've found another lead. Get some rest while we investigate and we'll regroup in the morning." He kissed my forehead leaving me confused and somewhat hopeful as he ran out of my now quiet room.
