SUMMARY
After a tragic event that Spooky is somewhat to blame for, he feels obligated to act as a protector to Ruby and help him overcome his depression. Despite his original plans, it didn't take long for Spooky to take a liking to the small, twink looking boy that lived next door, and vice versa.
Over time, Ruby learns to come to term with his true sexuality, while Spooky starts to slowly but surely break away from his tough exterior. But no matter how good they are for each other, once their secret is finally out in the open, it does some serious damage to Spooky's relationship with the his brother and Santos. And once the rest of the gang finds out, all hell breaks loose.
