Jaime's POV
The guy on the phone who sounds familiar as hell told me right where he'd be at. A guy in a black leather jacket turns around and when I catch sight of his face I chuckle slightly. "You huh?" I ask.
"Me." Christian chuckles. "Let's get out of here."
We head outside to a blue ford I climb into the middle seat Eddie is driving and Christian slides in beside me after throwing my bag in the back.
"You guys I think this is really incredible smart but kind of dumb you don't think the cops would figure out he is in Houston?" I ask doubtfully.
They both share a glance and then break into laughter.
"What is so funny?" I ask.
"He's not in Texas at all actually." Christian snickers.
"Then why did you guys bring me here?" I ask.
"Because lucky us we're going to drive you all the way up there." Eddie laughs.
"Really?" I ask. "Where?"
"Washington State." Christian smirks.
I roll my eyes of course I should of known Abel wasn't that dumb. "Really? Why Washington?"
"No family there nobody knows him but he's sort of staying in this cabin that Asher kind of paid for but with Abel's money. He stays clean out of sight of everyone." Christian explains.
"He's with Asher?" I ask.
"When he left his house he went to Florida to get Asher and they took off in Ashers car ditched his truck off a cliff... into the ocean.." Eddie says between laughter.
"It's bad they're looking for him everywhere." Christian sighs.
I huff. "I know." Then something clicks. "Well wait wouldn't the cops wonder why Asher is missing I'm sure-" They cut me off.
"Asher made two fake ID's they're not even going by their real names." Christian says.
"Great the felonies just keep piling up." I mutter and they both laugh.
"Don't worry Abel is smart he knows how to get away with shit. Even if he had killed Brandy he would of been smart enough not to get caught." Eddie says and shrugs.
"How does he have any money?" I ask.
"Yeah we'll let him answer that one." Christian chuckles.
I've now got a feeling I don't even want to know.
"Oh hey could I see that phone?" Christian asks politely.
"Sure?" I ask and hand him the burner phone he chucks it out the window going seventy down the interstate I snort. "Nice."
Christian shrugs and chuckles.
"Who's truck?" I ask curiously.
"My uncles." Eddie says. "We didn't want to drive our own and risk leading cops to where he is at."
"Oh." I say. "How long of a drive?" I ask.
"Like thirty seven hours." Christian says.
"Holy shit." I mutter.
They both laugh at my reaction, A day and a half just to get to Washington.

We have been rotating driving for thirty six hours, the boys said he's just outside of Maple Falls Washington. Christian is driving now I tried falling asleep but we're so close I just can't.
It's nearing three o'clock in the afternoon when we pull down a long winding driveway. The cabin isn't huge but it isn't small. It's two stories with a porch wrapping most of the way around it.
I've hardly slept the entire trip my thoughts are all over the place. "Eddie we're here." Christian says loudly to wake Eddie up.
Christian Eddie and I all climb out of the truck Christian grabs my duffel bag. "I can get it." I offer.
"Yeah right you look like you might fall over from sleep deprivation." He chuckles.
"Jaime." A voice calls from the porch.
I turn around to see Abel standing at the stairs of the porch. My heart automatically begins to pound against my ribs my entire body heats up at the sight of him. My body has this way of over reacting when I'm near him and it's been so long that I'm just... frozen where I stand.
Until a heartbreaking smile spreads across his beautiful face then I come undone tears flood my cheeks and I take off sprinting across the yard he comes down the steps quickly opening his arms I leap into them.
I wrap my arms around his neck and legs around his waist he tangles a hand into my hair bringing my lips crashing down on his. He has one arm tightly around my waist to hold me in place.
"Damn I'm going to have to keep my headphones in all night huh?"
We both look up to see Asher smirking at us, Abel rolls his eyes at his friend but chuckles under his breath. His eyes meet mine again he smirks at me. "You're crying."
"I'm... just so happy to see you." I sob.
"And she's sleep deprived, I tried talking her into getting some sleep but... she doesn't um-" Christian is cut off by Abel.
"Listen?" Abel asks as he sets me on my feet and laughs. "Yeah believe me I know that better then anyone." I roll my eyes and pinch his nipple he slaps my hand. "Ow love damn."
I giggle.
He tightens his hold around my waist as I begin to sway slightly. "You seriously need to sleep before you drop."
I nod in agreement he pulls me into the cabin we step into the kitchen straight back is a small dining room and to the left is a living room.
He pulls me into the living room he stops grabbing my bag from Christian and pulling me upstairs. He stops at the door at the end of the hallway and pushes it open.
I collapse onto the bed and he laughs at me. "Shut up." I grumble.
The bed moves slightly under Abel's weight and I look at him as he lays next to me. "I missed you you're crazy as hell for coming out here though it could get you in so much trouble baby-" I cut him off pressing my lips to his.
"I don't care." I mumble. "I missed you I couldn't just not see you for god knows how long." He nods in understanding running his fingers through my hair. "How'd you get the money for this?" I ask him.
"Maybe we should have that conversation when you're slightly more coherent." He smirks.
"I'm co- cohe- whatever the fuck you said." I laugh.
"Well if you can't even get coherent out that means you're definitely not." He chuckles.
"Fine later then." I mumble tiredly, knowing that there is something I'm going to have to confess to him later too. He pulls me to the top of the bed I curl up on his chest listening to the sound of his heart beat. Which sounds like it practically matches the rhythm of my own and then I'm out in a matter of seconds.
A/N: Guys it is Abel LOL I did intentionally try to make you wonder if it was Abel or Aiden she was running off too just wondering how many of you would think it was Aiden I'm sorry lol! I know Abel normally says baby or love mostly love so I threw baby girl in there to see if it'd throw you guys. You can relax now they're together again.
They're both hiding things from each other... sneaky fuckers. :)
