As they waited the viewing started
The viewing starts where they here a radio transmission sound
"This is the kuroyuri refugee vessel Statesman. We are under assault, I repeat, we are under assault - The engines are dead, life support failing. Requesting aid from any vessel within range. We are 22 jump points out of Kuroyuri."the voice becomes more desperate and pleading" Our crew is made up of Kuroyurian families, we have very few soldiers here. This is not a warcraft. I repeat, this is not a warcraft!"
"What's going on in my old home?" Nora asked
"Well, you're adopted brother qrow sent your father Odin to remnant and he died. Causing your step sister Raven to return. In the end, You summoned a demon to destroy kuroyuri and Raven" gm said
"I'm adopted?" Qrow asked
Inside the ship, Arthur Watts walks among the bodies of dead Asgardians. Sage, badly wounded, reaches out as if he would stop Watts as he passes, but lacks the strength. Watts steps over them with no mind as he speaks, as if they were scattered pieces of dirty clothing on a bedroom floor.
"Sage? What happened to him?"
"He was trying to stop the dark order"
"Hey isn't that watts? The guy that atlas outlawed?" Qrow whispered to ozpin
Both Nora and Ren knew who those bodies on the screen but they didn't break down since they had seen dead bodies from travelling from mistral to vale
"Hear me, and rejoice. You have had the privilege of being saved by the Great Titan... You may think this is suffering... No. it is salvation. Universal scales tip toward balance because of your sacrifice. Smile..." They saw Tyrian callows stabs one of the lingering Arcadian " For even in death, you have become Children of Salem." Watts said
" Ughhh... Who's Salem? " nora asked
" Yeah? Who is she? "followed ruby
" Probably someone strong"blake said
'So.. What are your plans, Salem?' Ozpin thought to himself
The screen shows that Qrow stands with the Black Order. He watches Salem, shrouded in darkness and light, a vague silhouette.
"Uncle Qrow!!" ruby screamed
"Don't worry kiddo I'm fine." qrow said' I don't know if I will live through all this though'
It then showed Salem who was looking out the large window and said " I know what it's like to lose. To feel so desperately that you're right... yet to fail, nonetheless. " when she finishes she lifts Nora by the neck of her breastplate. Nora struggles feebly.
"Nora!" Ren yelled as he grabbed Nora's arm and squeezes it
"Ren, can you let go? Your squeezing my arm quit hard." Nora said slightly blushed
"It's frightening. Turns the legs to jelly. I ask you, to what end? Dread it. Run from it. Destiny arrives all the same. And now, it's here. Or should I say... I AM." Salem said
The screen then shows Salem holds up her hand to reveal the Infinity Gauntlet, which already hosts the violet Power Stone.
" oooh what is that gm? "nora asked
" That is one of the six infinity stone. "said gm
" And what are these infinity stones names"asked weiss
"There are six infinity stones, power, reality, mind, soul, space and time,. Each controlling on of the elements of the universe" explained gm
The screen shows Nora now being held by Salem with one hand wrapping around her head; blood drools from her mouth and said "You talk too much."
"Nora this is hardly a time to joke!" weiss said
Which Nora replied "What? Isn't this supposed to be a fun time?"
This only pissed Weiss of even more but no one cared since she's well, Weiss
Salem said to qrow " The Tesseract, or your sister's head. I assume you have a preference."
"Sister?" ruby said confused
"He's adopted. You would have known if you bothered listening to me." gm said
The Black Order heft their weapons or smirks, as appropriate. Qrow says "Oh, I do. Kill away!"
"Uncle qrow, why did you say that?" Ruby asked, afraid of what might happen to Nora
"Well, I don't know. Hey gm why did I say that?" He asked
Salems' face expresses surprise briefly before presses the gauntlet to Nora's left temple. The Power Stone glows brightly. Nora screams hoarsely.
"Nora!"
"Ms. Valkyrie!"
"Woah guys I'm fine" Nora said
Qrow starts losing his cool demeanor almost immediately as Nora suffers, and breaks after only a few moments "ALL RIGHT, STOP!"
Nora said "We don't have the Tesseract. It was destroyed on Arcadia."
" If they don't have the tesseract does that mean that they are going to die? "Yang asked
" I hope not"ozpin said
Qrow glances at Nora like he knows something she doesn't. He lifts his right hand into the air and the Tesseract reveals itself
" You really are the worst brother." said Nora
"Qrow, why did you take the tesseract?" Glynda asked
"Probably a just in case" qrow said
While holding the Tesseract out to Salem and advancing" I assure you, sister... the sun will shine on us again." Qrow said
" Your optimism is misplaced, Kuroyurian."Salem said
" Well, for one thing, I'm not Kuroyurian. And for another... We have a Yang." Qrow replied
" Yangs there as well?" ruby asked
"While fighting ultron, she jumped into a space craft and took out ultron but it flew out of Remnant" gm told her
" but wait, dust can't be used in outer space" weiss said
"Dust isn't the only energy source"
"Wait there's more energy sources?"
"Yes but it is not my place to tell"
Salem looks to her right just as a yellow and very angry mass slams into her. Qrow dives for Nora, pulling both of them out of the way as the Tesseract skitters across the floor, and Yang charges Salem. Yang pummels Salem, forcing her backwards and shoving her into the wall of the ship. Watts stops Hazel Rainhart from interfering.
"Let her have her fun." Watts said wisely
"What does he mean by that?" Yang asked
"She's going to beat you"
Salem pries the Yang's hands away; an expression of surprise and fear crosses her yellow face. After several hard blows, Salem picks up Yang and slams her to the deck, defeated. Nora slams a metal bar across Salem's back to no avail, is kicked across the deck by Salem and is promptly bound in metal debris by Arthur Watts to keep him from interfering further.
"Yang!" ruby yelled
"don't worry rubes I'll be fine" yang told her sister
Sage them prays "Allfathers... let the dark magic flow through me one last... time."
Sage summons the Bifrost, which carries Yang away; he meets Nora's eye.
"see? All fine" yang told her
"But sage is definitely screwed."
Salem told him "That was a mistake."
Salem borrows Tyrian's glaive and stabs Sage through the heart, twisting the blade in the wound.
"No!!!" sun and neptune screamed "you will pay for that you bitch!"
Nora screams "NO!!!" after Thanos kills Sage "You're going to die for that!"
Watts then shuts Nora's mouth with his telekinesis and told him " Shhh."
"That's a bit funny" ruby said to lighten up thr mood
Watts kneels before Salem, offering up the Tesseract and says " My humble personage... bows before your grandeur. No other being has ever had the might, nay the nobility, to wield not one, but two Infinity Stones. The universe lies within your grasp."
Salem crushes the Tesseract, revealing the blue Space Stone. She blows some of the fractals away, fingering the Stone between his thumb and index, before placing it on the gauntlet, and is momentarily rocked by the surge of energy that pulses as the stone seats in its setting.
Salem told the black order "There are two more Stones on remnant. Find them, my children, and bring them to me on Titan."
Cinder Fall know kneeling before Salem and says "Mother, we will not fail you."
Qrow finally Emerging from behind the Black Order with a cheerful tone says "If I might interject... If you're going to remnant, you might want a guide. I do have a bit of experience in that arena."
"What does he mean by that?"
"6 years ago he brought an army to invade remnant"
Salem unimpressed says "If you consider failure experience."
Qrow replies with "I consider experience, experience. Almighty Salem, I... Qrow Branwen... Prince of Arcadia..." looks significantly at Jaune before continuing "Odinson... The rightful King of Jotunheim... God of Mischief... do hereby pledge to you, my undying fidelity."
Nora squints and notices a dagger materialize in Qrow's hand. Qrow braces himself, thrusts upward with lightning speed and attempts to stab Salem, but is frozen in place by the Space Stone's power before the point could strike home.
"'Undying.' "You should choose your words more carefully." Salem said to Qrow
Salem twists the dagger out of Qrow's hand with her right hand, then takes hold of Qrow's neck with the gauntlet and lifts him to eye level.
Qrow struggles, kicking, as his throat is squeezed. She makes eye contact with Nora before she increases her force on Qrow's neck.
Qrow Giving up on fighting against Thanos and says "You will... never be... a god." Salem crushes Qrow's neck, killing him
"No!!! Uncle Qrow!" Yang and ruby said
"Relax I'm fine" qrow said
Salem walks over and drops Qrow's body in front of Nora and tells her "No resurrections this time."
Salem raises the gauntlet, sends violet Power fire through the remains of the Statesman, and uses the Space Stone to teleport away with the Black Order.
Nora says while crying "No... Qrow..."
Nora is released from her bonds. She crawls over to Qrow's body and lays her head down on Qrow's chest, shedding tears for all that he has lost. The ship explodes.
"At least you're still alive yang." Nora said
" But you just died. How are you not mad? "
" It's ok. I'm fine"
The Bifrost continues its journey, bringing the Yang across space to Remnant.
Sanctum Sanctorum, New Vale City
Doctor Goodwitch, Master of the Mystic Arts, proceeds down the main steps of the Sanctum with Port.
Glynda goodwitch dressed in casual clothes and asks port "Seriously? You don't have any money?"
"this might be the first time I saw Glynda where casual clothes" qrow said
"I do wear them but I only wear them during break" Glynda replied
Port dressed as he is always dressed and tells her "Attachment to the material is detachment from the spiritual."
Goodwitch then says "I'll tell the girls at the deli." she then says to
Port wryly "Maybe they'll make you a metaphysical ham on rye."
Port, now intrigued "Oh, wait, wait, wait, I think I have 200."
Goodwitch asks "lien?"
Port then tells her"Rupees."
" Which is? "
Goodwitch then asks "Which is?"
"Echo" qrow said
Port says "Uh, buck and a half."
Goodwitch sighs and asked "What do you want?"
Port tells her"I wouldn't say no to a tuna melt."
As he finishes the sentence, Yang crash-lands through the Sanctum stairs. The Cloak of Levitation swirls around Goodwitch 's shoulders immediately.
" At least I'm safe" yang said
Yang, now lying on the ruined stairs and tell them " Salem is coming. She's coming..."
Doctor goodwitch now Sharing a look with Port, and now fully in her mage attire asks "Who?"
"I guess that in this universe I never met you Ozpin."
"It seems so"
