y/n pov (it's never been anyone else's but just incase)
I woke up it was a school day. Fuck it im not going today. I have a bunch of test next week then graduate two weeks after that. I got dressed in my not usual type of clothing. I put on a soft girl type of outfit. I wore a yellow t-shirt, light high waisted jean shorts, some brown combat boots(i didn't even know i had these things in my wardrobe). I put my hair with two little buns and the rest down and i wore makeup. I put a ton of little freckles on my cheeks and nose and made my nose pink. I looked at myself in the mirror and wow it was a transformance. It looked interesting with my white hair. I have a fun idea for today i'm gonna dye my hair. I love my white and black hair but i'm gonna change a bit. I ran downstairs avoiding everyone and going to my car. I have a car but i just choose not to drive. I went to the store and got some dye. I usually dye my roots black and rest of my hair white. I got brown dye and dyed the black brown and the white pink. I did my makeup the same as earlier and my hair. I took a picture for instagram and dang it was very different from my usual look and i got a lot of comments like

Well i can't tell if people like it or not. I went downstairs to the kitchen and Colby was there
"Oh shit, wait who are you. y/n?" he said, i just grabbed a bagel and shrugged. I sat down with my bagel and scrolled through instagram
"Is there like a reason you like, changed or" he said. I didn't reply i just instead texted sam

"Hello" Colby said for like the tenth time. I looked up at time "is there a reason you changed". I just shrugged. I could hear Sam coming down the stairs, i went and hide behind the counter. He came downstairs
"Hey Colby wheres y/n" he said and i popped up and yelled

"Oh hey- what did you do" he said.
"Oh this, i just got some inspiration. How do i look" i said with a smile
"I mean you look great, just not yourself" Sam said
"Well i have changed a lot" i said sitting back in the chair and eating my bagel. I started to think of all my phases

"You definitely have since i first saw you" Sam said. Me and sam had a conversation and Colby just left.
"Ok so what are we gonna do today" i said
"I don't know what do you wanna do" he said
"Um maybe shop, eat, go to the beach. I don't know" i said
"I mean sure" he said. We talked a bit more then he went upstairs to get ready i threw on my bikini under my clothes then justs sat at my desk staring at the wall. I decided i would go to school for like two hours then leave. I was only like an hour late. I texted Sam and told him i was gonna go to school for a bit. I drove to my school in time for third period. I went in history like i minute before the bell rang but everyone was already there and just stared at me
"Um you are Ms.." the teacher asked, i made a sweat smile
"Truesdale, i'm so sorry im late" i replied the teacher looked baffled
"Well, ms. um Truesdale take your seat then" she said. I sat down and i stayed for this class and my next class which was guitar so i was happy to be there for that i showed the teacher my video and she said she was very proud and i learned a lot. I had her help me with the cords of a different song i wanted to do and she was happy to help. After guitar it was lunch and i went to dismiss myself. I got out and texted Sam to meet me for lunch. I drove to the place and went to see Sam sitting at a table waiting for me
"Hey" i said sitting down
"Wow i kinda forgot the whole new look thing" he said with a laugh
"Oh haha" i said looking at the menu. We ordered and had a good talk
"So how's it going with Colby" he said out of the blue
"Well i'm kinda blowing him" i paused to giggle "blowing him off"
"Oh well maybe don't do that, cause you know it could like damage the relationship" he said
"I'm trying my best to not do that and like think i guess" i said eating a fry.
"Don't rush it but also dont ignore him" Sam said
"I made something for him sorta" i said
"What was it" he asked
"I wrote a uh song" i said
"You did" he asked, i nodded "can you play it for me"
"I will when we get home it's downloaded on my laptop" i said
"Alright" he said
"Anyways how late are we planning on staying out today" i asked him
"As late as you want it's friday" sam said
"Were just gonna have to see" i said. We finished eating and payed. The went to the beach and it was great. We ran around the beach a bit and swam in was pretty lit. Then we went to the mall sam for once agreed to go with me and it was exciting. I somehow was able to drag him into Victoria's secret with me. I was looking at some pants and i turned around and he had panties on his head
"Sam" i said giggling
"What" he said "am i wearing them wrong" i giggled
"That is the very wrong way to wear them, no like seriously i don't wanna get in trouble take em off your head" i said one of the workers walked up to me
"Excuse me can you please control your boyfriend" she said
"Oh um he's-" i started but she cut me off
"Or im gonna have to ask you to leave" she said. I nodded and looked at Sam
"You got me in trouble" i said to him
"Oops" he said laughing
"Alright well i have some stuff i need to try on" i said, i took his hand and brought him to the dressing rooms. He wasn't coming in with me but instead waiting for me and i showed him how some of the stuff looked on me. We checked out I got a couple things including the pair of underwear sam put his head in. When we were walking i put them on his head
"Oh geez" he said
"I got them for you" i said with a grin. He took them off
"You actually bought them" he said
"I didn't steal them" i said, he put them in his pocket. We went into hot topic once again i dragged him in. The girl looked me and sam up and down
"Can i help you" she said in a tone. I didn't understand why she said it like that then i realized it, im a soft girl rn and Sam sure as hell doesn't shop at hot topic.
"Um no i think we're fine" i said. She watched us carefully as we walked around. I knew my way around the store. I was looking at a patd shirt and she walked over to me and went
"The 5 seconds of summer stuff is over there, this is panic at the disco" she said
"Who" i asked
"There a band, the lead singer is Brendon Urie" she said clearly annoyed
"Oh no i know panic at the disco whos five seconds of summer" i asked
"Some band but you listen to PATD" she asked
"Oh yeah i love them" i said, Sam was looking at candy
"What's your favorite album" she asked
"Oh i love them all but i think i'm gonna have to say i listen to a fever you can't sweat out the most, oh and i love the song new perspective but its such an underrated song" i said, she smiled at me i know this girl she is here everytime that i come here i think she realized who i was
"Nice new look" she said
"I don't know if i like it" i said
"It's not actually suiting" she said and i nodded
I pulled Sam around and we joked around a bit but i did get a couple things. I realized that i'm really just pulling Sam around the mall and joking around with him. We shopped for a few hours. It was dark and we had so many bags. It was so fun we threw a ton of bags in the backseat. Then we went to this like fair thing as we pulled up my phone rang. It was uncle Elton
"Sup Elton" i said
"Where are you" he asked
"I'm out with Sam were gonna be out a little late so don't worry" i said
"Ok have fun" he replied
"You ready" sam said
"Let's do this thing" i said. We got to the counter and fought over who had payed for the tickets
"Sam just let me pay" i said
"No i wanna pay" he said the lady rolled her eyes
"Can one of you just pay, you are such a weird couple" she said
"Yes, wait we're not a couple" i said
"Just pay" i took the money out of my wallet but Sam handed her the money. We got the tickets and went inside. We went on a few rides then got hungry and once again i wanted to pay but Sam insisted he pay. He ended up paying for everything at the fair. We played games and dropped a few bands on the games but got major prizes. As we were walking some girl said to her boyfriend
"Babe look her boyfriend got her a bunch of prizes. WIN ME SOMETHING" she sad and they started fighting. It was like 11 when we went to the car. We sat there for a few until i spoke up
"Wanna see a movie" i asked
"Yeah sure" he said
"Ok great cause a scary movie came out today and i wanna see it" i said
"Do you think it's gonna like be showing now" he said i shrugged
"Who knows hopefully" i said. We drove to the theater and the movie was starting in a few minutes just our luck. I bought the ticket and i bought the snacks there was a snack. Sam tried to pay but i made sure i payed. We sat down and were alone except for a group of three friends. We talked while all the trailers were playing. The movie started and was so great, absolutely terrifying. I got scared and squealed while jumping up and ended up getting alot of our popcorn on the floor. It was one of the large ones so we got free refills so it was all good. When the movie was over we went and got another bucket of popcorn for no reason. We were also laughing our asses off because of when i got scared. We went to a playground even though it was 1am. We sat at the playground and chilled for a bit. It was awesome to be out this late.
"Sam thanks for the best day ever" i said. I don't know why but i got the urge to kiss him so i did. The most surprising part about all of this was he actually kissed me back. It was pretty great we pulled away and smiled at each. We drove home and he had his hand on my thigh at one point but moved it. We sang along to Justin Bieber while driving
"Ok Sam" i said as we got out of the car
"What" he asked i made the squealing sound i made in the movie. We both burst out laughing while walking through the door. Then someone yelled out
"Do you have any idea what time it is" they said they sounded pissed but based of the voice it was Colby.
"Um i don't know 1am" i said looking around
"No its 3am" Colby said
"Challenge time" i said to Sam i went into the kitchen to get a drink and Colby was yelling at me.
"Where the fuck were you. Don't you think i was worried" he yelled. Whats up his and he was still screaming at me. He looked off, something was wrong with him was he drunk. He couldn't be he's only twenty but this is so unlike him he must be
"I was out with sam" i said (oh and if your wondering we dropped my car off earlier)
"Oh y/n take these" sam said throwing the panties at me. I caught them
"Thanks sam" i said. Colby lost his shit at this point
"What the fuck" he yelled and didnt stop yelling i cowarded into a corner at that point i started at Sam not knowing what to do. Colby was so angry i thought he was gonna hurt me honestly.
"Colby calm the fuck down something is wrong with you, this is nothing like you" i said he was being aggressive
"Colby just leave her alone" Sam said, Colby threw a water bottle at Sam, i started crying and Elton came downstairs because of all the yelling and witnessed these events
"What the fuck is going on" Elton said, i ran past Colby and hugged Elton. This was so terrifying for me especially since Colby is my best friend he must be drunk or something because this is opposite his normal self.
"Why the fuck is she crying" Elton said while hugging me back
"Nothing Elton" Colby said, Sam shook his head
"Sam come take her" Elton said. Sam came over and we went outside to grab the bags from the car
"Hey cheer up Colbys just um off his rocker or something right now but it's ok" Sam said "come on we will do something fun when we get inside" i smiled
"Ok" i said. We somehow grabbed everything and when we went inside yelling was heard but we just rushed into my room. We went to go get the ouija board from Sams room and Corey, Devyn and Aaron were standing around
"Whats going on down there" Corey asked
"Idk somethings wrong with Colby" Sam said guiding me to his room. We grabbed the ouija board because i wanted to play. We went back to my room and played the spirit said it was nice and that it died in Colbys room, nice. We said goodbye to the spirit and watched a movie till we fell asleep. I had completely forgotten about the whole thing with Colby or tried to and just remembered the good times with Sam that night.
