How am I supposed to move on?
I can feel your hands lingering on my arm, I can smell you on my pillowcase. You're in everything that I own.
At one point you were in everything that I am.
Laying on my floor I remember when you layed next to me on several occasions. How we'd listen to music or just talk. How we drew together. Clouds, a leaf, what was the third? I know you still have them.
Your scent.
After you'd leave I could smell you on my bed. How I'd wrap myself in your hoodie when I got cold. Or just when I missed you. I never felt alone because your presence never left me.
I can feel you weighing on my heart, pulling on my chest so I dont forget. So I dont forget how you wronged me.
Oh how I wish I could forget.
It's so different from the times you were weighing on my mind, making my heart leap and my stomach churn with all the thought of you and me together.
