"I still love you"

"You what?" Grayson looks at you with glossy eyes.
"I love you" you manage to whisper loud enough for him to hear you.
"I thought that- what about him?" Grayson walks over to you and points at the door referring to your boyfriend who had left a couple of minutes ago.
You swallowed and lower your eyes to the ground.
"I love him too" you mumbled. "But I don't love him the same way I love you" you shyly extend your hand out and caress his arms in a gentle manner.
Grayson looks up at you with a smile and immediately moves his hand closer to your cheek, cupping it in his hands to pull you close.
Only inches away from you to where with your eyes close so close to kissing until the door opens
"I forgot my phone-" your boyfriend interrupts before realizing you two almost kissing.
Grayson pulls apart and you reach over to your boyfriend but he back away
"Grayson right." he sighs.
"I can explain" you panic.
He shakes his head no and storms out the door before you saying anything else
You look back at Grayson and rush after your boyfriend.
