About a month later
Phil's POV
I'm so nervous right now...I really like Dan, but after we kissed nothing else happened, like he forgot it. But homecoming is this Saturday and I know he won't go, so I want to ask him if he wants to go out with me. I'm planning on asking today when we work on homework together at my house. I just hope everything goes well.
I meet Dan at his locker. "Hey Dan." I wave and smile at him.
"Hey," He looks at me and smiles, "you ready?" He asks raising an eye brow.
"I should be asking you that." I laugh softly and nod, walking out of the school. I hear him laugh softly and he follows me.

We walk into my house and head to my room. After we get up there Dan throws his bag on the floor then sits on my bed. "You okay?" I ask and sit next to him.
"Yeah, just a long day." He says softly. I nod in response.
"So, uh, I have a question..." I say, not knowing how to start.
He looks at me nervously, "yeah...?" he questions and his hands start shaking.
"Hey," I grab his hands, "it's nothing bad. I just wanna know...if you would like to be my date to homecoming..?" I ask, rubbing his hands softly. His eyes widen.
Dan's POV
My eyes widen. Did he really just ask me, of all people, out on a date? I couldn't get any words out so I just kissed him. I don't know what came over me but it's the first thing I thought of. He kisses back, smiling. All the sudden I feel really embarrassed and pull away. "I-I-I'm so-so-sorry.." I start to back away.
"Hey no," Phil pulls me back towards him, basically putting me on his lap, "don't be sorry. I really like your lips." He smiles and rubs my cheek. "Also, I'll take that as a yes?" I nod as my eyes fill with tears.
"Yeah..its a yes. For sure." I smile but also start crying.
"Shhh don't cry." He wipes my cheeks and kisses me. I kiss back right away. I have never felt this happy and relaxed in my entire life. I wrap my arms around him. I finally have to pull away to catch my breath.
"Well," I say panting, "I think we should get our homework done before we continue." I state giggling softly. Phil just smiles and nods. I love him so much and I want him to know, I just can't say it yet. I have to be sure he will stay..

Hey! I am so SO sorry I haven't updated in so long. I have had stuff going on. My grandpa is still in and out of the hospital and stuff. Also my cat passed away yesterday and school started a while back. I will try so hard to update more. I really hope you guys enjoy this update. Love you <3
