My story started when you were born
You came like a rose with so many thorns
Oh! so delicate, beautiful baby so sweet
I thank God, you've made my life complete.
At first, my days were bright, full of joy
I had always imagined you as a Mama’s boy
But as the days go by and by
Why I feel so blue that I cry and cry?
I have struggled for so long
The anxiety, panic and fear all along
Why do I have to suffer like this?
Life was too hard, I find no bliss.
But one day I woke up and told myself
I should do something, maybe ask for help
I must not stay like this forever
Gonna step outside, seek help whatsoever!
Then I found the group - Out of the Blues
When I was researching articles and news
I was amazed of the support and care
That my burden has been easy to bear.
I want to say “Thank you” with all of my heart
Your support has given me a fresh new start
I am certain we will overcome PPD in the end
Never alone, I got you, you got me as a friend.
