Continuing from the last chapter*
Tommy walked out of Lexi's house and opened the SUV door, he hoped in and chilled in the back.
The driver started up the car and slowly drove away, Tommy saw Lexi waving in the window and he waved back.
A couple minutes down the road, the driver looked in the mirror at Tommy.
Driver: So Tom.
Tommy: Yes?
Driver: Who's the girl?
Tommy: Girl? Oh Lexi?
Driver: Sure, are you two.. together?
Tommy: ...
He thought about on what to say because the word together never came up in his mind.
They're always together anyways but weren't dating.
Tommy: Just a friend.
Driver: Ah, I see. Well were here now.
Tommy: Great!
Driver: I put your bags inside by the stairs.
Tommy: Awesome, you can head home early if you want.
Driver: Really? Thanks Tom.
He watched his driver go home, Tommy then walked into the house to see a note on the counter from the dog sitter.
"Tom,
I'm keeping Bruno for a couple weeks if that's ok, you said you wanted him to go through obedience school so I'll keep him for a while.
See you in four weeks!
Sara."
Tommy: This house is going to be quiet for a while.
He unpacked his bag, cleaned some of the house that was left from his departure.
Being a little bored, Tommy walked outside and laid next to the pool while watching the clouds roll in the sky.
It was a nice day so he spent most of his day outside.
2 hours later*
Tom was in the pool as he heard the speaker cut out as he was getting a call.
So he jumped out and got to his phone to see Lexi was calling him.
Tommy: Hello?
Alexa: Hey, I'm at the front.
Tommy: Do you know the gate code?
Alexa: I don't.
Tommy: Ok, it's 1010
Alexa: Got it, I'll be in!
Tommy: Front doors open.
Lexi hung up and drove into the round about driveway, she parked in front of his front door and got out.
She looked around to see non of his cars are out so she doubted that he was home, that could be why he gave her the gate code.
So she went to investigate, Lexi opened the front door and didn't hear anything, not until she walked into the kitchen and heard the speaker blasting in the backyard.
Poking her head out and see him swim around in the pool, Lexi walked and opened the glass sliding door to hear him singing along to the music.
Alexa: Tom!? Are you deaf?
Tommy: What!?
Alexa: Turn it down!
He grabbed the remote and turned the volume down, she then took off her sandals and sat on the side of the pool.
She dipped her feet into the water and watched Tommy swim up to her.
Tommy: Common in.
Alexa: I didn't bring my bikini.
Tommy: Well.. shoot.
Alexa: I'll just watch you swim.
Tommy: Alright, but next time you're joining me.
She smiled as he did his laps around the pool, a couple minutes later he got out and walked along the pool.
Tommy: Hey! Bet I can 450 splash into the pool.
Alexa: That looks to be a bad idea.
Tommy: I'll be fine.
Alexa: Tom!
He walked to the side fence and sprinted to the pool until he fell forward and scraped his knee badly as he slid into the pool.
Lexi heard the impact and jumped up and gasped.
Alexa: Tommy!
She ran over to where he was slowly getting out of the pool, got out and limped to one of the chair's.
Tommy: Ahh.
Alexa: Sit down, where's your first aid kit?
Tommy: There should be one by the grill.
He pointed back to near the house where the grill was, she ran over and grabbed it out of his cupboard.
She then ran back to him to see him slowly cleaning the wound as he had major road rash.
Alexa: Here.. oh that looks awful.
Tommy: moans* ahh it doesn't feel good.
She opened it and grabbed the alcohol and a wipe.
Alexa: This is going to sting, alot.
He watched her dip the bottle over the cloth, she then looked at him and put it on his marks.
Tommy grabbed her wrist and squeezed it on accident as it was a reflex.
His muscles tensed up as the pain was unbearable.
Alexa: I'm sorry.
Tommy: I'm sorry.
Alexa: For what?
Tommy: I didn't mean to grab you, just had a reflex.
Alexa: No that's alright.
She put a huge bandage around his knee, as she looked up they both were face to face now.
They looked at each other for a minute until he coughed and looked away.
Lexi looked over her shoulder and smiled while blushing.
Tommy: Hey, would you wanna go on a walk?
Alexa: To where?
Tommy: Not sure, do you?
Lexi nodded and both walked inside, Tommy ran upstairs to change as she waited for him on the couch.
He slowly came back down to see the blond haired with pink tips women, sitting on the couch staring at her phone.
Tommy crept up behind her and grabbed her shoulders, which made her jump and yelp a little.
Alexa: Tom! You scared me.
Tommy: The moment was open, anyways I'm ready.
She got up and hit his arm as she was giving him the look, all he could do.was laugh as they headed out the front door and out of his property.
Both were walking side by side, enjoying the fresh air and looking at the new houses on his block.
Alexa: These houses are huge!
Tommy: Yeah, I'm glad mine isn't the biggest here; I don't like to flex on how much I earn.
Alexa: I would if I could afford around here.
They continued to poke and joke around until he got a phone call.
Tommy: Here, let's stop here for a second.
Alexa: Perfect place to.
She looked around and saw the palm trees were all around them with the sun peeking through the leaves.
He grabbed his phone and saw the contact number.
Tommy: Wow, never thought I would see this number call me again.
Lexi was confused until he heard him awnser the phone, she then knew who it was.
Tommy: Never thought I'd hear you through this phone again.
Liv: Hello Tom.
Tommy: Gionna, why are you calling?
Liv: Tom, we need to talk..
Tommy: I'm not getting back together.
Liv: I know, but we need to talk; it's very important.
Tommy: Is it that important?
Liv: It is, can we talk today? An hour?
Tommy: I mean I'm hanging out with someone right now, but let's get it over with.
Liv: Where do you want to meet?
Tommy: There's a park near my house, I'll give you the name and I'll be there around 6.
Liv: Ok, see you then.
He hung up and looked at Lexi who looked confused.
Alexa: Who was that?
Tommy: Gionna, never thought I'd hear from her ever again.
Alexa: Oh, what did she want?
Tommy: She said that she needed to talk to me, it's important.
Alexa: Oh..
She got a little sad as she knew what Gionna could do to change people's mind.
Alexa: Are you two getting back together?
Tommy: God no, I'll never think of her in that way; ever again.
Lexi then perked up as they continued there walk.
She was loving the time they were spending, every moment was something special.
30 minutes later*
They made it back to his front door, he wanted her to go in but she obliged.
Tommy: You can come in.
Alexa: You have that thing with Gionna, I'll go home and hangout.
Tommy: Are you sure? You can stay here.
Alexa: Thanks, but I wanna see the puppies; I had a great time today.
Tommy: I did too, next time you'll have to bring your.. uh.
Alexa: Bikini?
Tommy: Yeah..
She laughed, kissed his cheek and ran her hand down his chest as they locked eyes.
Lexi then backed away and walked to her car, she got into the driver seat and drove away from his house.
Tommy watched her leave as he didn't want her to go.
10 minutes later*
Lexi pulled into her driveway, put her car in park and started to cry.
She let it all go as she had something on her mind.
Alexa: He's getting back together with her, I think I love him; I want him to be mine.
She wiped her face and gave herself a few minutes before going inside to sit, by herself.
With Tommy*
He grabbed his sunglasses and pulled out the Dodge Demon.
Starting up the car, he pulled out of his driveway and headed down to the park where he saw a pink haired Gionna, sitting on the bench.
He looked at her for a second and took a deep breath.
Tommy: Let's get this show on the road.
He turned off the car and walked to the bench.
She looked at him as he sat across from her.
Liv: Tommy, great to see you again.
Tommy: Yeah?
Liv: Oh, someone fussy.
Tommy: No, I just don't want to do this.
Liv: Well I'm glad you are, it's really important.
Tommy: Ok? What?
She looked down at the grass and looked back at him, trying not to smile and told him something that he didn't believe.
Liv: I'm pregnant.
Tommy: Congratulations.
Liv: I think it's yours.
Tommy: Uh..
His mind was racing as he didn't know what was happening, this was thrown at him and he was caught off guard.
Tommy: Wh-What?
Liv: I'm pregnant, I believe you're the father.
Tommy: No no no no, that's impossible.
Liv: No it's not, if the timelines right then it was the last time we were engaged into it.
Tommy: That was months ago, when did you find out you were pregnant?
Liv: A couple months ago, I wanted to tell you but I know that you wanted your space.
He was in straight shock on he didn't believe it at all, but she had a straight face the whole time and was telling him facts.
Tommy: If it is mine, then what do we do?
Liv: We won't find out if it's yours or not until they're here; so we wait now.
Tommy: Ah ok, well until then we keep our distance.
Liv: Tom, why can't we just be civil?
Tommy: After all the shit I went through with you? I need a break.
Liv: I.. I understand, but I'm going to keep you updated.
Tommy: That's fine by me..
As he went to get up, he heard a honk of a car pull up; when he turned around he saw two other women walk up.
One Ruby Riott and Tenille Dashwood, Tommy was getting ambushed by them as they walked to him.
Ruby: Well well well, looks like Tom is back to his roots.
Emma: We missed you Tommy.
They said that as they were flirting with him, Tommy did not like this one bit.
The street lights were coming on as it was now dark; he was getting ambushed by three ex girlfriend's.
Ruby: Common Tommy, come back to us.
Emma: You know you want this!
Tommy: Stop! Turns to Liv* You forgave them?
Liv: I had too, I'm back in the Riott Squad.
Tommy: Great, well I'm leaving.
He walked around the women and got into his car as he could hear them yelling for him, Tommy looked over one more time and saw the three of them staring at him.
Tommy: Look away.. drive.
He turned the car on and raced away from them.
Ruby, Emma and Liv watched him drive off and laughed.
Ruby: I can't believe he thinks you're pregnant.
Emma: He'll be suprised in nine months when it suddenly disappears.
Liv: I don't like this.
Ruby: Aww G. Wraps arm around her* You'll be fine when you're hanging around us again.
She smiled and the three of them left.
With Tommy*
He tried to call Lexi as he needed to talk to someone quick, he was racing to her house as he knew she was probably awake.
But when he pulled up to her house, all of the lights were off.
Tommy knew that she must've gone to bed early, but he was determined to talk to her.
So he got out and walked to the front door, knocking over and over until he saw the porch light turn on.
Lexi appeared in the glass around the door and he saw her when she opened the door.
Alexa: Tom?
She wiped her eyes and looked exhausted as he knew that he woke her up.
Alexa: What's wrong?
Tommy: ...
Alexa: Are you alr-
She was interrupted by him grabbing her head and pressing his lips against her's.
Lexi was shocked but relaxed as she moved his head down to her so she could wrap her arms around his neck.
The kiss got more intense after that until he let go, they were butting heads.
Tommy and Lexi smiled at each other as he finally made his move.
Alexa: Oh Tom.
Tommy: Lexi, I need you.
Alexa: Tom! I need you too!
She smiled and jumped into his arms and they kissed again.
