Omg I can't believe it our cases are literally almost identical lol. Anyways, I think you should tell him, but maybe not so soon. You told me you were outgoing, so I would say, don't treat him like everyone else, make sure he knows he's special. When you're around him, loosen up a bit. When you decide you are ready to tell him, remember: before you tell him it might be seem like a brilliant idea, but after, you will start to get anxiety and everything, so before you tell him you have to think it through. Also, about the girl he likes who doesn't like her, don't tell him, it would make you seem clingy and competitive (and also kinda lame)
