SRK was sitting in his vanity van on the sets of his latest film Wajah Tum ho memorizing his lines when his iPhone started buzzing vigorously. He stared at the buzzing phone lazily thinking whether to pick the call or not but noticing the caller ID he picked the call without any second thought.
"Heya, jaan" he spoke in a tone so tender and heart warming that a smile automatically graced the caller's ID.
"Heya Amore, did you check Vi's post.........he posted the pic of his fiance like seriously the rumors are true our bro finally found the one for him" the over excited tone of his Panchi greeted him, amusing him to no end
"Firstly no, I didn't check Vi' post and I'm glad he found the one and yes I'll check the post right now and get back to you." He answered all her questions, even the questions that didn't escape her lips yet chuckling
"Ohk, ask Viaan to meet us soon alright." Panchi told her brother as she happily twirled in her cabin
"Okk, baba" Ansh replied to his sister in a tone full of fondness for her as he disconnected the call to let her concentrate on her work.
Smiling he checked his Insta pic and found Viaan and Anya's pics in his feed. He smiled watching the genuine happiness in his best friend's eyes and shocked watching the startling blue eyes of the girl wrapped in Viaan's arms.
Not thinking much, he called his best friend who picked up his call after several rings
"Viaan Kundra speaking" a sleepy voice greeted him making him smirk mischeviously
"I know but I've called to talk to my Veeru not Viaan Kundra" his tone was thoroughly teasing as mischeviousness shined brightly in his orbs
"Oh, Anshu......aaj jai ko apne veeru ki yaad kaise aayi (how come jai remember his Veeru today)" the mocking tone of Viaan greeted him in a whisper
"Ab Veeru ne bina bataye basanti dhund li toh jai ko toh bolna hi prega na (now that Veeru has find his basanti without informing Jai, Jai have to speak)" Ansh stated in a whiny tone teasing his bestie
While Viaan chuckled heartily from the other end Ansh continued with an unique mixture of fondness and annoyness
"Waise kitne deen K liye h yeh wali (btw for how many days this one is??)" Ansh asked knowing his friends nature quite welly
"Forever" he whispered back in a tone full of warmth and a silent promise to go through any extent to make sure of that
"Oho, how in the hell you managed to get such a beautiful girl and how the hell she said yes to you." Ansh continued teasing him, happy to know his friend had finally found his soulmate
"Well, what can I say I'm so lucky to have her in my life" Viaan replied back softly yet it wasn't able to hide how pleased he was with the current situation
"So....the devil finally lost his heart and soul to an angel, huh" Ansh asked him softly grinning loopsidely
" yeah, an angel who is also an iceprincess" Viaan said chuckling remembering Anya's ice queen avatar
"Bhabi sounds interesting, so kb milwa rhe ho bhabi se (So when are you introducing us to sister-in-law)" Ansh asked Viaan, totally unaware of the fact the angel this devil chose all for himself is his own sister and he is willingly giving her to the devil known as Viaan Kundra
"Taj aa, aur mil le (come to Taj and meet us)" Viaan told his friend flatly as he snuggled more closer to his girl lying beside him
"Yahi ummed thi, tujhse toh (I was expecting exactly this from you)" Ansh grumbled unhappily as a spot boy come to call him for his upcoming shot
" Aa rha h ya nhi yeh bol tu ( are you coming or not)" Viaan asked him in a flat tone rolling his eyes
"Ha ha, aa rha hu.........Panchi k sath, abhi shot h baad mei baat krta hu (yea..yeah, I'm coming.....with Panchi. I've a shot now, I'll talk to you later) stating so Ansh disconnected the call while listening to the grumblings about busy log, he so wanted to retort back but knew their debates could go for hours without pause and unfortunately he didn't have that much time right now.
Omav was on his way to Panchi's cabin in her recording studio. He was about to knock on the cabin door when the door opened and an excited Panchi stop dead on her tracks as Omavs's fist stopped inches away from her face.
Two pair of eyes gazed intensely at each other. One as empty and icy as the cold desert and the other as full of emotions as the vast pacific occean.
"Umm.......do you need anything???" She questioned him clearing her tone as she averted her gaze away from him breaking the trance he induced on them.
"Ugh........yeah, are you busy now" he asked her trying to sound as nonchalant as he could but his gaze said something else which she has given up understanding ages ago
"Ummm.....actually I was planning to go and visit VK.....but I can go there later too" She informed him looking at his crestfallen face which momentarily turned sour before regaining his composure as he followed her inside nodding his head slightly.
They discussed about their upcoming album for few minutes. Panchi listened to Omav's thoughts with utmost attention while giving some suggestions every now and then.
Panchi might hate Omav with all her soul but on professional level she doesn't let personal problems destroy masterpieces. She just couldn't understand why her massi was so firm in getting her to collab with the Oberoi's, specially Omav knowing she hated that guy but now as they are working together. She just couldn't let her personal hatred destroy the peacefulness of her workplace.
"Why were you going to meet Viaan by the way ???" Omav asked Panchi sounding as nonchalant as possible but his eyes couldn't hide the dread he felt at that moment
Panchi analysed Viaan for several moment before deciding she was way too happy for any sarcastic retort currently. So, she settled for the truthful answer "to meet his fiance"
"Viaan has a fiance??" Omav blurted out with shock clouding his face. He just couldn't digest the news not at all.
"Yes and she is an angel" she said with her eyes twinkling with joy as he rolled his eyes thinking about the notorious VK.
"Wait, I'll show you their pic" an excited Panchi said looking at Omav's sour face as she thrust her phone in front of his face.
Rolling his eyes, he looked towards Viaan and his suposed finance's picture. Only to get the shock of his life as he stared at the smiling girl with VK, the girl his family has been searching for past six years. The girl was an angel indeed, an angel their family lost only and the angel has returned with a devil in her tow.
Omav was happy knowing Shivanya was happy but annoyed that Viaan was Shivanya's fiance. Omav and Viaan were arch enemies like they hated each other with everything in them and he just couldn't accept him as his bother-in-law not at all.
He was still staring at the picture without blinking his eyes when Panchi snapped her fingers in front of his face breaking his trance. He looked at her with a questioning gaze as she almost rolled her eyes and told him she have to go.
Both of them left Panchi's cabin lost in their own thoughts Panchi was exited to meet her Viaan after what felt like ages while Omav was happy to know a the whereabouts of his sister but at the same time he was highly unhappy of watching her with Viaan. In his mind he was planning ways to make sure Shivanya stays as far away as possible from Viaan.
Reaching out for his phone in his pocket. He dialled his badi Ma's number to give her the news.
Shivaaye, Omisha and Om were in the Oberoi interpresis going through the legal papers of their deal with the Khushi enterprises when Omisha's phone rang attracting everyone's attention.
She mumbled a soft sorry to her dad and bade papa as she picked up the call.
"Misha, how can you do this with me??" As soon as she picked up the call the high pitched accusing tone of her friend greeted her
"What, what did I do??" Omisha questioned her totally confused
"You didn't tell me that estranged cousin of your was dating the VK Kundra like seriousy. You know how much I love VK" she whined confusing her more
"Wait a min, what cousin are you talking about tell me clearly" Omisha questioned her annoyed with all the whining
"Shivanya, I'm talking about Shivanya. You didn't tell me Shivanya is VK's fiance" she said irritated rolling her eyes at Misha's words
"WHAT, form where you got to know about this??" Omisha questioned her shocked to the core yet not ready to let go of this beacon of hope. Their was a lead about their Shivanya after so many years. She can't let it slip just like that she need to know about this matter
"Misha in which world are you living, this news is viral on social media. VK himself posted their pic together and confirmed the news" her friend informed her rolling her eyes as she blowed air on her black painted nails
"Ok Maya, I'll call you latter" stating so Omisha disconnected the call. She needed to check this matter herself. She could clearly imagine the smile that will finally lit on her badi mom's face if she sees Shivanya's face after all this years.
"Mishu, everything fine" her father's concerned voice reached her ears as she logged in her Insta account
"Yeah, dad just need to check something out" she told her father in as reassuring and calm voice she could manage in her excited state as she tapped on Viaan's account to find the pic. The whole country presently is talking about watching the innocent smile on her face tears of happiness leaked her eyes.
Shivaaye and Om looked at Omisha's reaction confused and concerned watching the tears in her eyes they panicked
"What happened doll" Shivaaye couldn't help but question her in a tender voice
"I found Shivanya" was all that escaped her lips and in a flash both Shivaaye and Om were beside her as she showed them the pic.
Tears of relief, guilt and happiness rolled down his eyes watching her smiling face. He continued staring at her without blinking his eyes so did Om.
"Are their more" Shivaaye asked with hoarse voice and Misha understood he was asking for more pics.
"Let me search, pa" Misha said smiling as she clicked on the trending hashtag #Viaan'sfiance new and old pics of them loaded on the screen and the possessive father in Shivaaye and Om rose watching Viaan and Anya's pic posted by Ro.
Shivaaye would have happily destroyed the phone in his anger and possessiveness but he didn't he called his detective and asked him to collect all the information on Viaan and Anya's past and present.
"It's time to come back, beta" Shivaaye whispered caressing Anya's pic.
