Taehyung + Yoongi

Taehyung was just an ordinary student with a genius mind and unique personality, who likes to play video games (Overwatch with his best friend, Jungkook).
Yoongi was a jock, captain of the school's basketball team, with a genius mind and cold personality, who likes to make music on his free time.
You could say that Taehyung's admiration for Yoongi could be pass as a crush to say the least.
But typically, like a normal high school drama, Taehyung is a nerdy nobody while Yoongi is a popular jock with so many fangirls and fanboys.
Taehyung sighed sadly as he closed his locker's door when a firm and possessive arm wrapped around his waist from the back.
"Hey, baby," greeted his boyfriend, Hyunbin, in a low growl-y voice.
"Hi, Hyunnie," he greeted back softly, wincing slightly when he back was pushed against his locker door, being kissed senselessly by his too obsessed boyfriend.
Taehyung had no choice but to kiss back, not noticing that Yoongi was watching them from afar with a frown.
Taehyung leaned back, panting slightly as he looked down to the floor as Hyunbin left to find his friends. Why can't I have someone nice like Yoongi? he thought with teary eyes, walking towards the class trying to cover the hickies on his neck.
Hyunbin and him were the cutest couple ever back then when they first started dating a few months back. Flowers, chocolates, cliche love notes and such. But then the other male showed his true colors, possessive and a beast when he yelled at Taehyung for hanging out with his best friend, Jeon Jungkook.
Taehyung wanted to break it off with him but he couldn't bring himself to do so, scared to know what will happen.
"Hey," said a deep raspy voice as he sat down at his spot at the back of the class, snapping the nerd out of his thoughts.
Taehyung froze as the voice was soon stored in his brain, his head shot up to look at the speaker.
Min Yoongi.
The taller panicked slightly as the popular male sat down next to him and the class started without much of a hustle.
"H-Hi.. W-What are y-you doing here..?" Taehyung stuttered.
Yoongi stared at the board blankly as he spoke. "I saw you look uncomfortable with that Hyunbin guy. Did he forced himself on you?"
The brunette looked at the blonde haired male with wide eyes. "I-I.." he stopped, not knowing what to say to him.
He looked down in shame, not answering the question in the end. Yoongi of course saw the look on his face.
"I saw how Hyunbin treated you. That relationship is toxic. You need to stop it before he did something overboard," Yoongi said nonchalantly but Taehyung could feel the genuine worry coming from him.
"And I just saw him making out with that cheerleader captain, Jihyo."
Taehyung felt his eyes stung and before he know it, the tears streamed down his face as he looked at his book, copying the notes written on the board silently.
"I'm sorry if my bluntness hurts you. I guess I should've said it in a nicer way but I doubt the results after that would change anything."
Taehyung shook his head and smiled weakly, wiping away his tears. "Thank you for telling me that, hyung. I appreciate it. Really," he said.
"I'm not heartbroken.,Just sad, I guess. I thought he was nice but he deceived me," he sighed.
The blonde smiled slightly and rubbed his back. "Wanna hang out with me at lunch? If Hyunbin comes, tell him straight to the face. Don't worry if he tries to touch you, I'll protect you from him," Yoongi flashed his gummy smile at him.
Taehyung felt his insides melt at Yoongi's sweet words and thoughtfullness. "Thank you, hyung," he said. "Where should I meet you?"
"I'll come and pick you up from your class if that's okay," Yoongi said. "You want to avoid Hyunbin after all."
"Ah.." Taehyung nodded. "Make sense."
School went on until lunch time arrived and Taehyung found himself waiting for the other male as he packed up when the Chemistry teacher dismissed them off.
"Taehyung," Yoongi said.
"Yoongi hyung," he greeted back, smiling happily as they walk towards the cafeteria.
"Baby," called Hyunbin with an unhappy voice behind him. Taehyung tensed slightly as he turned around to face the other male. "H-Hyunnie," the scared male smiled, faking it.
"What are you doing with him? We were supposed to go to our usual spot," Hyunbin growled.
Yoongi just passively looking at Hyunbin with no such interest whatsoever. Taehyung really admired his ability to hide his emotions well.
"Y-Yoongi h-hyung a-asked me to s-sit with him a-at lunch," Taehyung stuttered as he took a step back when Hyunbin's eyes narrowed angrily.
"Come with me now, Taehyung," Hyunbin demanded.
Right now, so many students stopped by and stared at them, whispering to each other.
He even saw a worried-looking Jungkook and an angry pink mochi-looking Jimin in the crowd.
"Taehyung," Hyunbin said in a warning voice. The said person tried not to flinch at the feral tone.
"N-No," Taehyung stood up straighter with authority.
"What?!" Hyunbin yelled.
"I-I said n-no," Taehyung stuttered but his tone was set firmed, no nonsense-like.
"Y-You will no longer demand things from me as if I'm your slave. I'm your boyfriend, someone you should treat as an equal. But since you like pushing and pulling me as if I'm a puppet for you, then we shouldn't even date anymore. I don't need a forceful Master who demand things from me. I need a loving boyfriend who respect my wishes. I own my body, I own my life. Not you. Not anyone else. We're over through and through. Don't even look at my way anymore. Don't you actlike I didn't know what you were doing behind my back, Choi Hyunbin. Making out with that cheerleader whenever you could. I should've listen to Jungkook when he told me you were a bad news. I'm thoroughly disgusted. Goodbye. Have a bad day," he said with a diva huff.
He turned around and grabbed the laughing Yoongi's wrist and walked towards the cafeteria with his head held high.
"That was gold, Tae. I really really respect you. You should've seen Hyunbin's face!" Yoongi laughed soundlessly.
Taehyung reverted back to his shy self and smack Yoongi's arm lightly. "Stop laughing! I think I saw someone recorded it. Jesus, that's going to go viral soon!" he groaned in embarrassment.
"Tae hyung! That was awesome!" Jungkook said with a wide grin as the two Busan bros ran towards them with their lunch.
Hoseok, Namjoon and Seokjin (Yoongi's friends) came towards them with their own smirks.
"You're one fiesty guy," Seokjin commented at Taehyung as he sat down on Namjoon's lap. Hoseok and Jimin sat next to each other and the Namjin couple across of him, Jungkook and Yoongi.
"I don't usually show it cause not many people like it," Taehyung pouted.
Yoongi patted Taehyung's head gently. "Don't worry. I like it," he reassured, making Taehyung blushed bright red when their friends shared a knowing look.
"Thanks, hyung."

When school ended, Taehyung was surprised to see Yoongi waiting for him at the entrance with his Harley Bike.
The latter told him that he wanted to send Taehyung home since the brunette usually walked home on his own.
Taehyung shyly thanked him as he mount down the bike as they arrived at the destination.
Yoongi turned off his bike and they just stood there at the entrance in silence, not knowing what to say to each other.
"Thank you for today, hyung. For giving me the strength to fight back against Hyunbin. Without you, I think I still would've been stuck with him still by now," Taehyung said greatfully.
Yoongi smiled and leaned against his bike, laid back and calm. "You took the decision yourself. I was merely suggesting. So if anything, you're the one giving yourself courage through my support."
Taehyung blushed as Yoongi stared at him shamelessly. "I really really like you, hyung. I've been liking you for quite some times now but," he hesitated. "I guess it's a bit too early to confess since I just broke up."
"I don't want you to be a rebound or something so I hope we could talk about this more after a few more days? If you would like to date me, that is.."
Yoongi smiled and reached up to caress the younger's cheek. "I would love to date you, Tae. You're right. It's a little too early to be in a new relationship so I'll wait."
Taehyung flashed a grateful smile and pecked Yoongi's cheek lightly. "Thank you, Yoon."
"No need to thank me, sweetheart."
They exhanged their phone numbers before Yoongi left to his own house. Both of them smiled.
