Electric Mix. Basically they can control the electricity that passes through their body to do different things together enemies. For example:
Blue - Allows them to freeze the enemy on a whole or it allows them to selectively freeze them. However, it only lasts for around 20 minutes
Yellow - Basic electric shock. Does to the enemy what happens to Denki when he over uses his quirk and it lasts for around 30 minutes
Red - Allows them to burn their enemy. Depending on the voltage, the size and severity of the burns vary. For example, 900 volts will create 3rd degree burns on the part of the body it touches
Green - This allows them to incapacitate their enemy with a low concentrate venom. It can actually knock them unconcious or make them hallucinate depending on the length of time they were shocked for. For example, if they were shocked for 10 seconds they would hallucinate severely, whereas if they were shocked for 20 seconds or above they'll be knocked out.

When they were younger her mother was a villain in Britain. A well known one, however their father didn't know as he came over from Japan. The pair ended up having two children, Olivia and Noah, before the accident. Her mother got mixed in with a dangerous crowd who attacked the adults. Luckily, before all of this happened, their father sent them to Aizawa. But growing up they were surrounded with illegal acts and people who would abuse them so they were affected permanently. However, Aizawa is raising them properly and is one badass dad in all honesty.
