I haven't smoked a cigarette for 31 days now (28.03.2019) - I know that doesn't sound like a lot but as I already quit several times I know the beginning is the hardest and it gets better from there...
I haven't cut for 109 days
I know it's a long way to recovery but anyways.. I'm on it
