There are certain Pastas that are owned by old Slendy himself but aren't allowed to live in the house/houses for the safety of the other Pastas. These Pastas include:

Mr. Widemouth
The Puppeteer (mostly because he's too stuck up and stubborn to live there).
Dr. Smiley
Smile Dog
Nina The Killer (for the remaining sanity of everyone else there).
