"Ah, Midoriya-kun, Toshinori-kun, have a seat and some tea!" Nezu welcomes them, two chairs waiting for them infront of his desk, he starts pouring them tea. Izuku happily seats down and takes a cup full to the brim, he thanks his principal and quickly chugs down the literal scalding, boiling liquid like it's the most delicious drink he's every had. Nezu happily pours him some more and he happily drinks it down.
"It's been awhile since someone drank my tea as enthusiastically as you had, Midoriya-kun!" Nezu comments.
"Of course, it's my favorite kind, this is Hojicha tea, right?" Izuku asks, "it's my favorite kind of tea."
"It is! May I ask why?"
"It reminds me of Kacchan!" Was his reply as he chugged down another cup. Toshinori sighs, sitting down next to Izuku, he looked at the tea offered to him, Nezu and Izuku looking at him expectantly, he stares down at it and noticed that the top of it is still bubbling consistently and it was literally smoking hot. Other than that is smells very pleasant, almost a bit like caramel, he sees why Izuku likes this tea so much, especially one with an aroma such as this.
"Now, let's talk matters, Midoriya-kun, you know what you've done and why you're here right?" Izuku slowly blinks.
"Is eating garbage cans considered destruction of school property?"
"Not at all! We gave you permission for it after all!" Nezu says, "I want to ask you Midoriya-kun, what do you think, makes a hero?"
"Kacchan! Kacchan makes a hero! He'll be a good hero one day!"
"..." Toshinori coughs.
"Young Midoriya, that's... not exactly what he means, what he means is, what kind of qualities should you strive for when you're a hero?"
"Uh let's see." Izuku pouts, thinking of what Kacchan would say, "someone who's not afraid to face danger head on if it means saving lives but also knows when to flee the battle and retreat. Someone who puts his job and lives of civilians above themselves." Izuku frowns, running out of things to say already, "someone who always strive to help the ones in need, tries their best to uh.. not destroy more than what's already destroyed. Someone who you see and think that it's fine because you know they'll be able to handle it?"
"That's a very nice definition of what being a hero is like, now Midoriya-kun, do you think you have been acting as a hero this past few days?" Izuku stilled, before he shook his head.
"You don't need to sugarcoat is Nezu-san, I know what I did was wrong and not something a hero would do and I know it affected my reputation in the school, I don't regret it though. It was my choice to do it, I don't think he had the right to disrespect Kacchan like that-"
"Did Bakugou need you to do that?" Izuku paused.
"What?"
"Did Bakugou clearly show that he felt he was being disrespected?"
"Well no but-"
"Bakugou, your friend, whether you admit it or not, doesn't have the nicest attitude with anyone really, he even yells at teachers as well, he is always disrespectful but as teachers, someone who'll guide you into being heroes, we let him, because we know he can and will change once given the proper discipline. We won't give him punishment for what he is but even still, if there was an off chance that Bakugou did feel disrespected or you felt that he was disrespected, why didn't you just tell a teacher? Who said you had to deliver a punishment yourself? A punishment even Bakugou, as you know how he acts around you right now, don't consider good or fair." Izuku frowns.
"The method I used to scare him isn't good and I know Kacchan disproves of it but I still think he deserved punishment."
"And you should've told a teacher to give Neito-kun a fair punishment for what he's done. We'll let you off this one time but we can't keep letting you get away with major offences like this, another one and we'll have to remove you from this school, you wouldn't want to be faraway from your best friend, do you?" Izuku nods.
"I..I understand-"
Someone barged in the room and Toshinori immediately changed back to his All Might form.
"All Might-sensei! Please! USJ is under attack right now!"
All might nods and quickly looks at Nezu.
"Permission to bring Midoriya with me?"
"Granted, surely you wouldn't hurt any of your classmates, right?" Izuku nods frantically.
"I promise!"
"Iida, go get the other teachers in the faculty room, we'll be there soon." Iida nods and quickly leaves the room, All Might coughs and poofs back to his deflated form.
"I-I... I'm almost out of time, barely five minutes left, Young Midoriya do you mind going first...?"
"Not at all! Leave it to me! I'll protect Kacchan with all my might!" Izuku says and runs out the room as well, Toshinori stared blankly.
"How do you think we'll work around that?" Nezu asks.
"I don't know..."

Everyone was kind of startled when the entrance to USJ was shot open.
"KACCHAN WHERE ARE YOU?! I'LL PROTECT YOU-" Izuku's eyes widened, seeing Katsuki struggle to defeat the villains in the plaza while carrying their teacher. Tsuyu and Eijirou also on his back, Tsuyu looked like someone tried to scrape her face off and Eijirou looked like he had his arms battered. It was clear that they needed help.
Charging up one for all, Izuku quickly jumped down and took care of the villains, specifically hurting the ones that were taunting Kacchan earlier.
"Kacchan- are you okay?" Izuku asks, Eijirou off his back and squeaks at how limp he is.
"'Ts Fine, I'm fine-" is what Katsuki says before he stumbles forward and almost falls if it weren't for Izuku reeling him back.
"Kacchan..." Izuku huffs before deciding to take the matters into his own hands.
"I'm fine- w-what are you doing?!" Kacchan whines, it's so cute. But right now Kacchan needs medical attention, he's injured! Well he guessed that Tsuyu and Kirishima also needed medical attention but Kacchan is injured and not feeling well! But he also needs to make sure no one else is hurt because a hero won't leave a classmate behind! Agh-
"Izuku-kun!" Ochaco calls out, okay she's capable and she has her other friends with her.
"Here- I'll go check on the others, please take care of them!" Shoji quickly takes Kirishima and Tsuyu off his hands, Ochaco takes Aizawa and Kacchan.
"I trust you, but if you need help just scream! I'll be there as soon as I can-"
"Y-You can't-j-just run away- y-you can't handle it by yourself-" Their teacher manages to say, barely looking up to Izuku.
"Don't worry Aizawa-sensei, I'll take care of them for you, I'm gonna be a hero and it's not heroic to back out from a battle just because you think you might lose-"
"It's stupid, you'll die."
"I won't." Izuku reassures, petting his teacher's head before he leaps off. Aizawa sighs, problem child.
"Oh good, you returned, we didn't have to waste time looking for you, brat." Tomura hisses, "instead of All Might we get this piece of shit. How disappointing."
"Oh, I'm sorry to be the cause of your disappointment. Eitherway, what's your name?" Izuku asks.
"As if we'd answer to something like that. Nomu." Tomura calls out. The nomu quickly follows its master's command, leaping and delivering a heavy blow by fist to the teen.
"Sorry but Kacchan's the only one who's allowed to do that to me!" Izuku screams, grabbing the fist,c hanging up one for all, he pulled the beast forward and bit in his arm- causing a screech.
"Nomu!" It tries to back off but it can't move, screeching in pain, trying to pull, hit and push Izuku away as Izuku's teeth sink in deeper and deeper before the greeenette pulled and ripped the limb off and the beast quickly retreated back to his master, whining as his arm started to regrow.
"Blegh, this taste like chemicals and nothing good." Izuku says, quickly spitting away the arm. "Thought it would taste atleast a bit like chicken, this is more stale that the arm I had yesterday. Hm his arm is regrowing, I get that he has regeneration or something? Also doesn't seem to work on shock, I bit him down so hard it hurt me instead of him but when I steadily sinked it in, it worked, didn't it?"
"Nng, interesting but I can't let you get away with injuring Nomu like that." Tomura hissed, "I have the advantage here, you're still outnumbered and there's no way you can defeat Nomu, how about we let you get away with one condition?"
"And that is?"
"Join the league."
Izuku stares at him blankly.
"I'm not really sure if you've noticed but, I'm trying to be a hero here."
"Oh I've noticed, I've heard all about you from our spy, Midoriya Izuku. Everyone hates you in your school and your previous schools, why do you want to serve a world who'll do nothing but push you down? Villainous quirk my ass, you got into a hero school with that 'villainous' quirk of yours but no need to sit and play good boy, why not prove them right for once?"
"No thanks, Kacchan wouldn't like that-" was all Izuku could say before the entrance to USJ opened again, Izuku lets out a sigh of relief. Finally, All Might is Here.
