I know that your shoves ain't playful.
I know you hate me.
I look into your eyes and all I see is disgust as you stare back at me.
I look back down in embarrassment; embarrassed at myself.
I back away.
Huddle me and curl into a ball,
Wishing to make myself so small I'm invisible.
If only.
I wanna scream,
Shout,
Thrash around,
Throw a tantrum,
Every time someone asks me 'Are you okay?'
But all I can whisper is 'I'm fine'.
'Cause I gotta stay silent.
Gotta keep me together and go unnoticed.
So one day I can finally leave this world.
