AN : HEY EVERYONE, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM WRITING A OS , SO APOLOGIES FOR ANY MISTAKE. I HOPE YOU ALL LIKE IT. :)
Jenny's sleep was disturbed as sun rays hit her face, she moved in her sleep and found herself tangled in pair of arms. An automatic smile formed and she turned towards the person and snuggled closer to him as she remembered last night, she and Harshad returned from Goa and both were tired so they just cuddled in bed and talked about anything and everything and slept in each other's arm.
Waking up next to Harshad is a sight to behold and something she would love to see every morning. She moved her face from his chest and saw his face and couldn't help but admire him. He likes looked so peaceful, calm sleeping like a baby tension free with a smile on his face. She was so lucky to have him because he completed her life and made her happy, not that she was not happy before, she was because she has such loving and caring family and friends and she was successful in her career but something was always missing which she never realised until she meet Harshad. He made her happiest, he understood her , her moods, feelings without even her saying. He was the first person that she thought of when she wanted to share something good , he was the one in whose arms she wanted to cry when something was wrong. He was who tolerated her tantrums on her bad days without complaining. He was everything she wished for or more. She won't ever be able to define how much he means to her and all these thoughts just bought tears in her eyes, happy tears.
Harshad woke up to see Jenny staring him with all the love in the world and unshed tears in her eyes and a content smile on her face. He smiled back at her and kissed her forehead because he knew what she was feeling, she didn't need to tell him because he knew her better than anyone else. Jenny whispered, "I love you Harshad" slowly because she didn't want to disturb the moment by any noise. Harshad whispered back, "I love you too Baby". And they lay there in each other's arms with smile on their faces just relishing the closeness and fact that this is what their future would look like.
After some time Harshad said,
"Common Jenny, uthoo. I have to do my workout and tumhe bhi packing karni hai as you are going to Kashmir tomorrow."
Jen - " Just 5 minutes please baby, you are so warm "
Harshad - " Noooo, common uthoo and mujhe bhook bhi lagi hai", he pouted.
Jenny laughed and just kissed his pout and they woke up and he did his workout and after that they ate breakfast.
Jenny was leaving for Kashmir tomorrow with her family and she had to go to her parents house for some last minute planning and she will be back at evening, even Harshad had some work so he also left for his house (or that's what Jenny knew, Harshad had some plans for her). They hugged each other and shared a soft kiss and left .
So, Harshad wanted to propose Jenny today and he was very nervous today. Though he knew she won't say no but still he was nervous. So his plans for the day included, surprising Jenny when she comes back at her house. Only Naihal knew about this and no one else. Though Harshad didn't want to tell anyone before Jen but he needed some reassurance so he talked to naihal, and being the OVEREXCITED person naihal was it was difficult for her to not tell Jenny but she was very supportive and super happy for them.
Harshad did all the preparations by evening, he made her favorite food, ordered her favorite dessert, decorated her house with just some candles and fairy lights and roses. The setting was super cozy and romantic. And he was waiting for her to reach just then Jenny called him.
Jen - Hey babe, where are you? I have left from here and would reach in half and hour .
Harshad decided to tease her.
Harshad - Hi Jenny, sorry I won't be able to come today vo acchu ko kuch kaam hai important.
Jenny - you can come after that na babe?
Harshad - Jenny it will take time, koi nahi na you go home and eat and sleep and pakka I will come to meet you in morning before you leave. Promise.
Jenny was sad, by anyways she understood it might be something very important otherwise Harshad would have definitely came.
With a sad tone, she said ,"Okay, take care".
Harshad sensed her tone and though he wanted to tease her but he can't see that cute face upset so he said,
Harshad - "Acha suno"
Jen - "Haan?"
Harshad - " I love you the most baby"
Jenny couldn't help but smile, no matter how many times he said it those words never failed to make her smile wide and her heartbeat fast.
Jen - "I love you too Mr. enthucutlet"
With that they hung up phone. And Harshad was again so excited, nervous. Half an hour was never so long.
After some time, Jenny entered the house and it was dark with just some fairy lights. She moved to switch on the lights but someone caught her hand and she was scared, she tried to shout but that person covered her mouth and bought her in center of drawing room. Jenny's eyes were closed due to fear, just then she heard a whisper.
"Jenny"
She recognized this voice, a voice which she loved the most but she was super confused now.
She opened her eyes to see Harshad smiling at her and she relaxed a bit. She removed his hands from her mouth and said,
" Fuckkk, I almost had a heart attack Harshad. Aise kaun karta hai? And you said you won't come na , now what is all this? What the fuck is go...
And her rant was cut as Harshad placed his lips on her for a soft kiss , Jenny's hand automatically went around his neck and Harshad's around her waist. Harshad licked her lips and she immediately opened her mouth granting him entrance, he rolled his tongue over her and what begin as a soft kiss turned passionate. Jenny tuged his hair and Harshad groaned and kissed her hardly, sucking her lips, tasting every corner of her mouth, Jenny couldn't help but moan in his mouth. They kept kissing and parted only when they needed to catch breath. Foreheads touching, they just closed their eyes to catch breath. After some time Harshad spoke,
Harshad - "Kya Jenny, I thought you will be happy to see me and you just started questioning."
Jenny - "Ofcourse I am happy baby but you almost gave me a heart attack and I was scared and obviously koi bhi normal insaan aise hi react krega na if someone scares them"
Harshad smiled and thought godd, she is Soo cute!
Harshad - Acha baba, sorry.
Jen - why did you lie?
Harshad - Vo I wanted to surprise you!
And then Jenny looked around, the setting was so romantic, dim fairy lights, candles, roses and she smiled.
Jenny - Why all this suddenly and Jen looked to him to find him already sitting on one knee.
She gasped in surprise and covered her mouth with her hands.
She just whispered, "Harshad" softly.
Harshad - " Jenny, I am so bad at expressing myself and I don't know how to start and I am so nervous..but okay, I will do this. Jenny, tumhe pata hai I always used to think how will a girl manage with me because of my schedule and lifestyle kyuki Jenny mere jyada dost nahi hai aur na hi mujhe parties , events and promotions karna pasand hai but you literally saved me all these months be it any event, media interaction or party. You were my saviour. You know I always wanted a girl who will show me this other side and you did that . You made me a part of your life , and made me understood that ye sab chize important nahi hai, what's important is love, trust and understanding in a relationship. Jenny you are everything I am not and better than me in everything and I am in head over heels love with you. And I don't know ye kab hua, kaise hua but I know that it's the best thing happened to me, you are the best thing happened to me ever. And you know Everytime you smile and have that cute little dimple under you eye , I fall in love with you even more and I can't thank you enough for being there for me, walking me through during hard times. Please, will you do this always, Kya tum hamesha mere saath rahogi, hamesha mere saath har baat share karogi, achi ho ya buri. Jenny I know past me jo hua uski vajah se you might have some insecurities but Jenny I promise main tumhe kabhi chodh kar nahi jaunga, haan hum ladenge shayad problems bhi ho lekin in promise I will never leave you. You will always find me by your side whenever you need to laugh,cry or even get angry. I love you, I really love you the most.So, Miss. Jennifer Winget will you marry me and make me the happiest person?
Jenny was shocked, happy because she didn't expect this at all. Tears were flowing continuously and she made no attempt to wipe them now. She bent down on her knees and kissed Harshad with all she had.
Harshad responded with equal passion. When they moved from hug, Jen cupped Harshad's face and said,
"Harshad , I am so overwhelmed and right now, I don't even know what to say, ye sab
..I just , you made me so fucking happy baby.... I just...I love you too so much baby. And you say na I saved you at all these events, media interactions, parties so you should know you handled me as well and better than anyone else. You understand my every mood, feeling without even me saying. You calm me down whenever I am going crazy over something, you make me feel better whenever I am down. You make me feel content, at peace, happy, more Happy than I have ever been. And I know baby you will never leave me and you are not even allowed, okay?! And yes , I will marry you"
And she kissed his forehead and Harshad just hugged her tightly, her words made him emotional and happy. After some time Harshad moved from hug and Jen pouted to which Harshad just smiled and kissed her pout. He took a solitaire ring out of his pocket and took Jen's hand in his.
Jen saw the ring and said, "It's beautiful baby"
"Even more beautiful now" Harshad said as he slid the ring in her finger. And then they share another kiss. After that Harshad said ,
"Chalo Jenny, you must be hungry and I have made your favourite food."
Jen - Aww and she kissed his cheek.
Harshad got up and held his hand out for her and said, "Shall me, ma'am?"
Jen took his hand and said , "Nonsense".
They eat dinner sitting together closely quietly just being Happy with each other.
After dinner they were just sitting on couch, watching movie. Jen's head on Harshad's chest , their legs and hands interwined, Harshad's hand around Jen's waist.
Jen asked, "So when are we telling our friends and family about this".
Harshad - " your parents will come to know on trip, and Naihal already knows, you know it was so difficult for me to shut her up. And after you come back we will have a get together and tell everyone officially, okay?"
Jen - okay baby! And she kissed him again!
After that they started watching movie again but soon Jen felt Harshad's even breathing on her neck and when she looked at him he was asleep, Jen just smiled at him. He was so cute and all hers. She just kissed his cheek, turned off the TV and made him lay down and she snuggled closer to him. Both of them cuddled together close to each other. And then Harshad kissed her neck and whispered against her skin,
"I love you Jen".
Jen pecked his lips and said , "I love you too baby".
She saw Harshad's face she realized why it never worked out with anyone else because he was the one for her,he was her soulmate.
She closed her eyes, she was happy, content to have him and it was best day of her life and she knew life would only be better from now onwards with Harshad on her side.
