Once we showed up to the gymnasium we were greeted by tons of cheerful people. One particular was someone I notice from a long time ago. I couldn't remember who but it clicked. So me being my usual self walked up to her.
"Hi how are you? " she asked me cheerfully.
"Good, how bout you?"
"Oh nothin much, just the usual."
"Cool"
Then it clicked.
"Aunt Marie??"
"Oh my gosh! Is that you September?!"
"Yes it is, long time no see!"
"Yes it has been, so how are you doing, dear?"
"Great! Me and my dad have been having troubles, but otherwise just fine."
"Well good. Hey I gotta go so I'll talk to you later. Okay dear?"
"Okay bye!"
I could not even believe what just happened! My Aunt Marie was not dead after all!
