An ugly personality destroys a pretty face.

I believe that you already know that I am such a strong believer in that saying. An ugly personality does destroy a pretty face.
Water, melanin, bones, blood. That's pretty much what the human body is made of. I don't understand why someone has to feel superior to another.

Beauty is this strong word that is often thrown around conditionally. It's another category that can sometimes feel  cryptic. To me, beauty is a celebration of everything in our lives—even the stuff that we shove deep down and neglect in hopes of never seeing that "ugliness" again—it's the organic substance that fuels our gorgeous smile.

"Beauty in its rawness can't be faked. "

What if eyes saw souls instead of bodies. How very different your idea about bodies would be?

Who can say that  beauty is limited to rosy cheeks and limpet eyes, flawless skin and white teeth, thigh gap and big breasts, long legs and veiny hands, long hair and dimples.. When one really knows what beauty is, they'll feel it and when that happens, it wouldn't matter how they look if their face could scare a ghost back to its dark home or if they've hands like Captain Hook. They'll know that it simply doesn't matter because not everyone is going to find them attractive but that doesn't reduce their value. They might be a diamond that someone won't find  suitable for them, but it'll always be a shining diamond that only heaven knows how special it is.

"People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within." -E.K.R

Remember when I promised you that I'll help you go through whatever it is you're dealing with? That I will help you learn how to love yourself? I still remember that, and still willing to do that. People make the whole "loving yourself" thing seems easy, but it's probably one of the most challenging things in life. But challenging isn't the new impossible. Invest in yourself. You can afford it.

You are beautiful when you are scared to do something but make your effort to do it anyway. If you have been through heartbreak and hit rock bottom, your rehabilitation is beautiful. When you are lionhearted to grasp all your feelings no matter how ugly they can be.

To open yourself to the possibility that there is something magnificent there.

Allurement is an audacious move, one that is created on your genuine purpose instead of being attached to the result.

Your eyes are beautiful in their unique way.  They are deep and real and instantly perceivable with their sparkle that even I, a book, can feel.. If you can write a sentence, and you're brave enough to read it out loud to someone else even a complete stranger, that's beautiful.

Beauty is like home, whether you love it or absolutely hate it, you cannot deny that it helped shape you who you are and build you up as a human being, full of flaws and errors, damaged but still alive and learning.

Big, curvy and soft bellies are absolutely beautiful, but flat stomachs are beautiful, too. It is beautiful to speak another language and learn a new culture.  It is beautiful to try something new such as learning how to play guitar or cook a Mexican meal. Beauty is painting  or  winning an award in front of a mirror or strumming an electric guitar or capturing a stunning moment in a picture, or dancing with your eyes closed or auditioning for an invisible crowd.

Beauty is not letting ignorance be confused with truth. Even if you're the one in the dark. Speaking the truth is beautiful and it's such a relief (trust me). Beauty is calling someone out for saying something mean, even if you weren't the one getting hurt because caring for others is beautiful. People help the people.

Your legs are beautiful.  No, really.  They are.  Your body is yours to admire and appreciate, you didn't have to pay for it, it was just given to you, God created it with love and care. He put effort into creating you and it'd hurt him to see you hating your body and wanting to fade away.

Expressing your thought with all their rawness and being bold is beautiful. Remember the time your best friend called you crying?  She trusted your ability to heal her even over the phone.  That was beautiful. Beauty is laughing so hard that snores escape your mouth from the back of your throat, your stomach hurts your body shakes and you're yelling, "Stop! Oh my God! Stop! Seriously, I'm peeing!Yes. Peeing your pants and snoring can be beautiful.

Humanity, compassion, benevolence, kindness, grace, mercy, sympathy are very, very beautiful. Intelligence is beautiful when it is not used to make someone feel stupid. Humour is beautiful, there is nothing more beautiful than laughter. It's the best make-up someone can wear.  Beauty is telling a joke only you think is funny and laughing so hard nobody can hear the punchline. Because you're that damn funny. Letting go of someone because you know the only way to truly love them is to stop trying to change them, and let them be who they are. That is most beautiful.

Deep breaths are beautiful. Moans are beautiful. Yawns are beautiful. Sighs are beautiful. Whimpers are beautiful. Sniffs are beautiful. Sobs are beautiful. Every single sound that you produce is beautiful. Farts are beautiful because why not? They're relieving and I don't care if you think I'm a gross book. I'm not taking that back. Not happening.

Listening is beautiful (probably not to farts). I'm so funny.  Your bare face and messy hair  in the morning are beautiful. Ask those who care about you. They won't lie, it's true. I wish I could wake-up next to you.. The way your body tells the truth—you blush when you are attracted to someone, you blink twice when you lie, you get sick when you're pushing your mental limits, you yawn when you are sleepy, you roll your eyes when you are annoyed —is beautiful.  Having faith in someone else's promise,  because we know we've been true to our own. That is beautiful. Beauty is being comfortable enough with someone else to sit with them in total silent and not feel weird at all.  Silence can speak what words can never do.

Beauty is sitting very still with your thoughts and letting your mind take you to adventure after adventure. Beauty is digging your bare feet into the sand and stretching your toes to feel the warmth of it, smiling to yourself and enjoying your time. It is beautiful to find the strength to ask for help when you need it.  No matter how strong you think you are.  We all feel like we're drowning sometimes, and we would all be glad to pull you from the river. I would.  If you are bullied, cutting or going through a depression, ask for help! It's okay. It's not a sign of weakness. It's a sign that you are a beautiful human.

Beauty is loving your pet as much as they love you. Because your dog can be the only one who could save you from dying and your cat can be the only one who wants to cuddle when you want to. Beauty is a fresh crown of daisies on your head, making you feel like nature is your kingdom. Beauty is posing for a selfie. What? you think I won't know about a new word? Hey, I'm not that old!

The physical remains of our life experiences—stretch marks, scars, wrinkles, burns—are beautiful. Beauty is taking care of your body and moving it the right way, working out will always make you feel good and healthy. And feeling good will make you want to look good and healthy and that is beautiful!

Wisdom, modesty and knowledge are beautiful. Loving someone for who they are and not for their looks is beautiful. Because you can't love someone only for being attractive. Looks can't stand on their own.  It is beautiful to finally share your secret. It is beautiful to turn the worst night into the funniest story.  It is beautiful to be thankful to all the people who came before you: the ones who raised you, the ones who fought for your rights, the ones who were tortured because they were too powerful.

Taking your own choices and making your own rules is beautiful. Doing charity work is beautiful. Picking up and empty bottle left on the street is beautiful. Cooking something with everything you can get and as a result you get a messy kitchen and an awful dish but you eat it anyway because you're hungry, that's beautiful. Giving free hugs is beautiful. Come on hug me. I'm a lonely poor book. Saying something spiritual to help others is beautiful. I think I'm the best at that. Confidence is beautiful.

Teasing is beautiful. Being playful is beautiful. Watching a football match with your dad even if you don't like it just to make him happy, that's beautiful. Helping the old lady cross the street is beautiful. Camping inside your room on a rainy day is beautiful, you have the right to act like you're a child. No one is stopping you.

Freedom is beautiful.  You are free to fill your life with the things that make you happy.  You have a choice.   Happiness is beautiful.  Never be ashamed of being happy.

Do you think I used the words "Beauty" and "Beautiful" too much? Well don't because if writing those words a thousand times, would help you take a step forward to start loving yourself. I'm willing to write millions of pages with them.

Now don't you dare and tell me that you never have tried one of the things I mentioned. Don't you dare. I know you've done beautiful things more than you think (you probably farted five times today). Beautiful! Do you now understand that beauty is not what you think it is? Beauty is more than that. Everything has beauty, everyone is beautiful. It takes the right one to see it and appreciate it. It takes the right mind to fight for it.

Things are beautiful if you love them, you are beautiful if you love yourself and since love grows within you, so beauty grows. For love is the beauty of the soul. And for everyone thinking that "beauty isn't free" they can't be any more wrong. (because you don't pay to fart)

You know what else is beautiful? You spending your time reading this. And I genuinely, whole-heartedly, sincerely believe that you are one of the most beautiful human beings that I've ever read about and known in my entire life.
