The room suddenly quiet that it got Majnoon surprised then she raised her head from her lying position to see what happened that they suddenly quiet only for her to see all the girls staring at her, she rolled her eyes and said "why all the eyes on me " because something strange is happening to you.....you are chatting and laughing,we all know that you don't derive pleasure from chatting on social media and you hardly reply to our messages said Saheeba "so tell us who is the lucky guy " Amal and Neenah said in unison.
"you girls with your crazy ideas, am just chatting with a friend that's all it's nothing serious Majnoon replied them.
The following day Wednesday Haisam came to pick Majnoon as he promised her, he called her out and after exchanging pleasantries they to the where she will do all the shopping.
After putting all the items is the car, "is that all " Haisam asked, "no please take me to the beauty palace " when they got there, Majnoon went to the receptionist " please can we see the CEO this beauty palace "said Majnoon to the receptionist.
"yes, just go straight you will see her office"
Majnoon knocked on the door and they were permitted to go in,they both entered the office and sat down "what! Mhiz Amina Onoze are you the CEO of this place? "smiling yes, am the owner of this beauty palace,it seems like you know me but I don't really know you "
Of course I know you, we are from the same street I do see you almost everyday but ever since you got married,i hardly see you around.
She is married! but she still looks beautiful and fabulous, wow! Haisam thought......
"Oh! really,its nice meeting you; so how can I be of help to you dear "
"well am here for some bookings my friend will be getting married this coming Saturday we require home service please, henna design and makeup for the bride and her friends. We need one of your best workers we are willing to pay any amount "said Majnoon "I will arrange all that for you just tell me the days you need all this services and your bill is two hundred and fifty thousand naira only!.
"thanks, the henna design is on thursday while for the makeup is on Friday and Saturday " ......
Haisam paid for the bills and they left home.
Haisam took her home, Majnoon ran inside to call Mimie, Saheeba, Neenah and Amal to help her pack up the things she bought from the car,they were all busy going to and fro taking the items inside the house but Mimie busy stalking Haisam who seems to be uninterested in whatever she is saying ,when they were done packing up the items Majnoon waved Haisam good bye he also did the same smiling at her, then he left.Mimie was angry at what happened she felt like crying that she is trying to get his attention but he don't seem interested while Majnoon who doesn't even try to get his attention she is the one he loves.
Majnoon explained everything transpired between her and the CEO of the beauty palace, they were all excited.
After Isha'i prayer Majnoon took her bath and wore her pink tom and Jerry pyjamas she wasn't feeling sleepy so she on her data and log in to whatsapp as if Haisam was waiting for her to log in.....

Majnoon : how are you doing tonight
Haisam : am not okay
Majnoon : what happened to you
Haisam : am seriously having headache
Majnoon : oh! sorry, have you taken any pain killers
Haisam : yes, I took paracetamol
Majnoon : sorry; you will get better by tomorrow morning
Haisam : thanks, good night.... Bye
Majnoon : bye
The following day Thursday very early in the morning Majnoon called Haisam to know how he is feeling.......

Majnoon : hello, good morning prince
Haisam : smiling morning princess, how was your night
Majnoon : not bad, how is your health now; hope you are okay now
Haisam : how can anyone that is listening to this sweet voice be sick, am OK now
Majnoon : smiling stop flattering me too much, it's good that you are OK now, please by 10:00am you should go and pick the girls that will do the henna design for us
Haisam : OK I will, thanks for caring
Majnoon : bye.....
Lots of visitors have trooping in to Yusrah's house since morning ,Saheeba, Mimie, Amal, Neenah and Majnoon has been busy frying chicken and doughnuts at a separate location for the bride's friends and they were through by 10am,they took it to their room.
They all freshen up, Majnoon went into their room pick her phone to call Haisam about the henna girls because it's already 10:30am already,she saw Yusrah crying,
"Subhanallah Yusrah why are crying, did something happen " nothing happened Majnoon it's just that soon I will be leave my parents to someone else's house, I don't know how I will be treated there am really going to miss my parents, friends and my siblings Majnoon joined her crying......
Please stop crying at least you know Ismail truly loves you am sure he won't let anyone treat you bad and you will be staying at Abaji here, so stop crying Yusrah wiped her tears "now go and take your bath the henna designer will soon be here please, Yusrah then entered the bathroom.
"it's 11:00am already and Haisam have not done what I asked him " unknowingly to Majnoon he is already outside the house with the two henna designers, then Haisam call her

Haisam : hello, am outside the house, there is problem
Majnoon : what happened!
Haisam : just come out am waiting and he ended the call
Majnoon took her veil and rushed out of the house Haisam was smiling at the way she rushed out when she got to Haisam's car ,then she saw the henna designers and Haisam was laughing "are you for real, you got me scared " the henna designers were laughing when they entered the house leaving Majnoon and Haisam together.
"well I just have to do this because I know you will be so busy through out today, that's why I used this prank on you and if I don't see you today I won't be able to sleep at night Majnoon was blushing so hard "so you have seen me can I go in now " no please wait, Majnoon I love you with all the fibre in my body but you said you are not ready, am willing to wait for you said Haisam staring at each other "I can see it in your eyes that you love me too Majnoon but you are not letting it out.
"it's not true Haisam, bye " and she left.
Haisam is happy that at least he knows that she also loves him even though she is trying so hard to hide it but am not giving up either ......
