I walked into the classroom seeing Justin coughing like hell.
"You okay?"
"Yeah"
"Seriously"
"Yeah"
I took a seat beside him.
"Bro, what happened?"
"Nothing"
"I'm not even kidding. Just tell me."
"Ariana's dad"
"He punched you again?"
"Nope"
"Then what did he do?"
"Kick me in the stomach" he said coughing even louder.
"Shit. Bro what did you do?"
"He asked if I was going to give up on Ariana and I said no so he kicked me right in the stomach and he said he's not stopping until I let go."
"Why are you doing this to yourself?"
"Because I love her."
"Bro, taking care of yourself is more important than getting a girl. Stop."
He started coughing non-stop.
"Good morning class!" Mr. Thomson said.
I couldn't even hear the teacher, that's how bad Justin's cough was.
"Bro, drink some water" I whispered.
He shook his head.
"Bring your textbooks out please" Mr. T said.
I took it out and Justin was just sitting there with his forehead against the palm of his hand.
"Bro, get you book out"
He shook his head.
"Dude, your gonna get in trouble."
He shook his head.
"Okay then.."
I was looking forward and listening to Mr. Thomson.
Justin kept coughing and Karson turned around.
'What?' I mouthed.
'Is he okay?' she mouthed.
'I don't know'
She turned back around.
"Justin? can you get your textbook out?" Mr. T asked.
Justin didn't do anything.
The while class was staring at him and he just sat still.
"Justin?" Mr. T called.
Justin began coughing really bad and shit.
THAT IS DISGUSTING AND SCARY AS FUCK!
He coughed out blood onto the desk.
Everyone's eyes widen and some girls were 'ew-ing' in the back.
Justin covered his mouth.
"Someone, take him to the office please" Mr. T said.
I stood up and volunteered.
I brought Justin to the office and he sat on the chairs with a tissue.
"You okay?" I asked.
He started coughing into his tissue and there was still a little blood on it.
Damn, Ariana's dad can kick hard.
"Can you just get me some water?" he asked.
His voice was really scratchy.
I got up and grabbed him a cup of water.
I handed him the water, he didn't take it.
"Justin? here's your water?"
He didn't take it.
"Bro, drink it."
His eyes started closing and he slid off the chair.
He just fainted! I DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS!
"Justin!" I called.
"Bro!" I called.
I shook him and he still didn't move.
I ran into the principles office and told him about it. He immediately called 911.
I ran back to class and everyone stared at me.
"Is he okay?" Mr. T asked.
"He's been taken to the hospital.." I said slowly.
"Shit!" Karson said. The teacher looked at her. "mind my language" she mumbled.
"Where's Ariana?" I asked.
"She said she's at a doctors appointment, she's gonna be late, why?"
"I don't know... just wondering."
Just wondering because right now, Justin needs her by his side.

Ariana walked into the room and sat beside me.
"What did I miss?"
"Not much... maybe the fact that Justin's in the hospital... but otherwise... nothing."
"What? why is he in the hospital?"
"Coughed out blood"
"Shit."
"'Cause of your dad."
"UGH! IS HE STILL DOING IT!?"
"I don't know but Justin should be back soon."
"I feel so bad."
"Why?"
"Because it's my dad's fault"
"If you care so much, maybe you should go visit him..."
"I can't."
"Why not?"
"I just can't. It's not that I don't want to.. I just can't."
"Why?"
"Nothing"
"I'm not even kidding, tell me."
"My dad"
"Since when do you give a shut about your dad's opinion."
"I realized that... he's my dad and.. I need to respect him. Even if I don't necessarily agree with his decisions.."
"You. Are. So. Lying. There has to be more in the reason."
"He said he was going to hurt Justin more..."
"C'mon! that shit ball- I mean irrelevant man..."
"I don't care. Call him what you want."
"So you'd rather him be safe than be with him?"
"Yes."
"Just be with him and forget about what your dad says. He's not gonna do it."
"Did you see what he just did to Justin? I think he will."
"Does your mom know?"
"I don't think so.."
"TELL HER!"
"But she's those kind of moms where like, you tell her and she doesn't believe you and grounds you. She's that kind of mom."
"You are so complicated."
"My life is complicated."
"I'm gonna go visit him at the hospital today... you coming?"
"I don't know."
"C'mon"
i really want her to come because you know... to be honest, it is kinda her fault. She told her dad and he got pissed.. but, if she went, Justin would feel so mug better.
"I um... actually have to go somewhere. Maybe another day"
She so faking. What if he's leaving today!?
