Annabeth walked back to her house hand in hand with Percy. The pain in her arm was slowly ebbing away with every stride. Percy couldn't stop grinning, and she caught him swallowing his happiness every time he looked at her.
"What is it? She demanded.
He looked away, grinning ear to ear. "Nothing," he said, unlocking the door to their house.
Annabeth and Percy went up stairs and climbed into bed.
Percy held her hand as they laid nose to nose.
"Well this has been an eventful day," she said.
Percy laughed. "That's an understatement."
"Look at you, using all sorts of big words."
"I think I have been hanging around you too much."
"You say it like a bad thing," Annabeth said, squeezing his hand.
He laughed that ridiculous laugh of his and pulled her closer. "So what do we do?" He asked in all seriousness.
"About Leo?"
Percy nodded in confirmation.
"Go after him, I suppose," she replied thoughtfully.
"How?" Percy asked. "He took the Argo II."
"We just find another flying Greek warship, duh!"
Percy stared at her. "They have more?"
Annabeth laughed at Percy's stupidity. "Honestly, Seaweed Brain..." Her voice trailed off. "There is more then one way to get to Europe."
"We start tomorrow," Percy decided. "All of us."
"One final quest," Annabeth said.
"Just one more," Percy whispered, and Annabeth slowly drifted off to sleep.
