Alina's POV:
There stood three perfectly dressed Adonis', looking sexy as hell in dark wash jeans and t-shirts matching their mates' dress.
The girls and I stare unashamed at the sight in front of us with our mouths hanging open, drinking it in.
"Babe we know we're hot and all. You can close your mouth now; you're going to swallow a fly." Xavier grins cheekily while his eyes rake over my body.
He pulls me into a hug, "You look ravishing mate. The most beautiful woman in the world." He states sincerely.
"Cheesy much Mr Alpha?" I laugh at his childish antics and he smiles goofily like he's just won the lottery, "Only for you love," he pecks my cheeks. The other two boys probably said something just as cheesy judging by their flushed faces.
We say goodbye to Jason and head to their separate cars. Well I guess we're splitting up and going solo. This should be interesting. After driving for about half an hour we finally reached our destination.
"An amusement park?" I hop on my seat in excitement and look at Xavier whose eyes are shining with amusement at my childishness. "Yes princess, the amusement park. Your dad might have mentioned that you wanted to come here this weekend. So I figured we could have our date here and make it fun but still just as special."
"Aww, well what do ya know. The big bad Alpha really is a softie." I tease while poking his rock-hard abs. The top of his ears turn pink and he looks away, "No I'm not." He defends adorably. "Come on, let's go in." He grabs my hand and pulls me towards the entrance.
"Hey Jeff. Everything set?" He asks.
"Yes Alpha. Exactly how you asked for it." The teenager named Jeff answered.
"Good. Let's go princess." He turns back to me and gives me his million-dollar smile that would knock any girl off her feet and into his arms. Too bad she'll have to get past me. Which will never happen. Ever.
He takes me straight to the 'Love Tunnel' that has a "Reserved for X" sign on it and I turn and give him a pointed look. "What?" he smiles innocently, "Can't I spoil my mate? After all she is the love of my life. Forever and always." He intertwined our fingers and kissed my lips softly.
After we get buckled in he grabs my hand again and leaves a trail of kisses up my shoulder and neck and stops right next to my lips, "You won't faint on me again if I kiss you, will you Lina?" he jokes but didn't get a chance to get another word out because I capture his lips with mine and he immediately responds. Let's just say he had the best kiss of his life in that tunnel.
"You look a bit lightheaded there, Xav. You ok?" I smirk and laugh at his dazed expression, watching him shake his head to clear his mind and adjust his jeans.
The ride ended for maybe the fifth time and we exited laughing and holding each other. He pulls me towards the target shooting booth. "I bet a passionate, very heated make out session, that I'll hit all 20 targets in 30 seconds," he challenges me with a raised eyebrow.
"You're on fatass," I accept, never one to back down from a challenge.
"Heyyy," he laughs at the response and grabs the gun, shooting all 20 targets in 15 seconds flat.
Well then.
"What prize do you want babe?" he asks smugly.
"The big teddy bear," I walk forward to collect the prize the attendant hands to me and Xavier gives him the death glare as his fingers brush mine. The poor guy visibly gulps and rushes out an apology.
All of a sudden I hear a shriek behind me and I turn to find Xavier wrapped in the arms of two random girls gushing about how amazing his aim and shooting skills are. And looks like he's enjoying the attention because he doesn't even push them away. Asshat!
I squeezed the cute teddy so hard it's head popped clean off. I chuck it in the bin in a hurry and storm off, far away from the asshole and his fan club. Mates my foot. Who the hell does he think he is? The queen of England? Dipshit.
As I walk along the stalls and stop short when I realize he did that on purpose because he had on that stupid cocky smirk of his on his face the whole time. They were clinging to him, but he never touched them and kept glancing at me.
"Well fine. Two can play this game Mr Alpha. After all, I'm an Alpha too," I mutter to myself.
I feel a tap on my shoulder and turn to see a human guy around 6'3 with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He's a real good-looking guy, but he's got nothing on Xavier. Xavier owns my heart.
"Hey cutie. I couldn't help but hear you're having some trouble. And judging by the look on your face I'm guessing it's the boyfriend. I'm Eric by the way," he holds out his hand for me to shake while offering me a sheepish grin.
I give him a stare that says it all: get the hell away from me you creep. "Don't worry honey, I'm not coming onto you. I'm gay and proud. Just thought you'd like to talk about it." He gives me a sweet smile that shows off his cute dimples and pearly whites. I immediately warm up to him and explain the situation to him but leave out the mate part, just mentioning Xavier as my boyfriend. I've always wanted a gay friend. He suggests we get him back for that little scene and when he lets me in on his idea I can't help but think he's a man after my own heart.
A few minutes later we see Xavier looking around for me, heading our way, so we put the plan into action. Eric pulls me in for a hug and holds me around the waist with his hands very close to my butt. Not even five seconds later I'm being ripped away from his embrace by a very pissed off Alpha mate named Xavier who is currently glaring daggers at poor Eric.
"Ali! What the hell are you doing with this slimeball?" he continues to glare at Eric. "And you, you keep your filthy paws off my girlfriend." I'm guessing he figured out he's human from his scent.
"Oh Ali darling, you were right. He is a hottie. Especially when he's angry. And my, my, look at those muscles. I just wanna lick them. So yummy baby." Eric does an exaggerated gay voice and overexaggerates his body language, clinging to Xavier's arm while running the other hand down his abs. He adds the final touch to the masterpiece when he slips a piece of paper into Xavier's back pocket, singing the line from Carley Rae Jepson's Call Me Maybe, "Hey I just met you, and this is crazy, but here's my number so call me maybe." He winks at me and walks off while swaying his hips.
When I turn back to Xavier, I take one look at his face that's going through a whirlwind of expressions ranging from shock, confusion and horror while staring at the path Eric just disappeared from, and I can't hold it in anymore. I double over in laughter with tears rolling down my cheeks.
His gaze snaps back to me and he gives me an annoyed shove. Throughout the whole time we were at the park he sulked like a little boy who was denied his wish. And I enjoyed every second of it. Call me a meanie but 'all is fair in love and war' and all I can say is - he started it.
"That was gold!" I chuckle as we head back to the car. "I thought he was attacking my girl," Xavier lamely tried to defend his actions, "how was I supposed to know he's gay?" he asks incredulously.
"That's the point, sucker, you fell for it hook, line and sinker. "I grin smugly.
We drive to Pizza Boys and walk in to find Thea and Aiden kissing at a booth in a corner, while on the opposite side, Riley and Alex giggling and staring at each other like love struck puppies.
I plop my butt down next to Thea and shove the happy couple apart, "Oops, my hand slipped. My bad." I bat my eyelashes innocently and Xavier snickers at Aiden's pout while taking a seat next to me. Aiden gives him the bird and we laugh at them as they bicker childishly.
"Looks like everyone enjoyed their first date." I state the fact.
"We sure did." Riley glances at Alex and her cheeks flame red while Thea looks at Aiden with soft eyes, full of love.
I feel Xavier's arm snake around my waist and he pulls me against his toned chest, "We had our share of fun too Ali." he nuzzles my neck and places a soft, delicate kiss on my jaw.
"Well I'm starving so let's order shall we?" I rub my hands together with a huge smile on my face. Xavier chuckles at my excitement over food but nods his head in agreement and calls for the waiter and orders a few pizzas.
Today was rather eventful I'd say. Best first date ever.
As the rest of the gang immerses themselves into conversation, I turn to Xavier and plant a hard kiss on his plump lips, "I love you Xavier, my mate. My Alpha."
His eyes light up like a Christmas tree, " I love you too Alina. With all my heart." And we share a short, sweet kiss before the food arrives.
