It wasn’t long before Pha forgot about that incident. He tried to carry on as normal, whatever 'normal' meant. After that night, he didn't know what to make of Forth. It was incredibly sweet but he was too scared of getting too serious about things and everything may just fall apart.
Forth did his best to make sure that Pha was always cheerful but would somehow end up seducing him almost every night.
Daylight crept through the curtained windows. Pha slept idly on his stomach, hugging on to his pillow when a sharp ringing echoed throughout the room.
He moaned, half awake and buried his face into his pillow. He shoved Forth with his leg. "Forth"?
Forth groaned and covered his head with the pillow.
"The phone's next to you."
Pha looked up and squinted, looking for the phone. He picked it up and put an end to the shrill ringing. "Hello?"
"Pha baby!!!" a loud voice rang through his ear that he had to pull away. He looked at the caller ID and saw that it was his mom.
"Mom? What time is it?" His voice was small and quiet.
"It’s almost 10 dear, why aren’t you up?"
"Because I'm sleeping mom....why are you calling?" Pha sat up slowly and looked around for his boxer. He then shoved Forth to wake up again. Forth groaned annoyingly and turned and hugged at Pha's waist.
"Well, you need to come over later ok, it’s really important that you and Forth come over" his mom replied.
"Huh, just tell me what it is?" Pha tried prying off Forth's hands but he hugged on tighter as Pha tried to get away.
"I can’t tell you just yet but make sure you look presentable."
"Yeah yeah...hold on one second," Pha pulled away from the phone, "Forth leave me alone and get up"
Pha pressed the phone back to his ear. "Mom, you still there?"
"Oh dear!! You should have told me you and Forth were busy right now, I wouldn’t have taken up so much of your time. Well I’m hanging up, make sure you come!"
"No mom don't think-"
Pha's mom hung up the phone. He turned and glared at Forth.
"Pervert..." Pha commented, "I'm taking a shower"
Forth's head propped up and smirked at Pha.
"Where did you put my boxer?" Pha searched the room but found nothing.
"I believe it would be in the kitchen" Forth replied while licking his lips.
Pha thought back to the night before and soon it made sense to him.
"Oh yeah...I'm locking the door this time Forth!" Pha glared at Forth again while he put up his hands in defence.
"Somebody’s moody today" Forth mumbled as Pha entered the bathroom.
"I heard that!" Pha throwed a towel at Forth's direction.

Forth parked the car in the driveway. Pha whined as he got out.
"I'm so hungry"
Forth hugged his waist to try and reassure Pha, "There will be food inside"
"I would have eaten at home if it wasn't for you" Pha glared at him for the umpteenth time that day.
'Jeez he’s so moody today' Forth sighed inwardly.
Both walked in and were greeted by darkness. Pha called out for his mom and the lights suddenly flicked on.
"SURPRISE! Happy Anniversary!"
Both their parents and friends jumped out, shocking Pha and Forth.
There was a banner overhead that read, 'Happy 6 month Anniversary'. Forth smiled at them all.
"We wanted to mark this great day" Forth's mom informed with a wide smile.
"Thanks you guys" Pha said. He scanned the room and stopped at the food table, "Food!!"
Pha ran towards the table and started piling his plate with food. Forth laughed awkwardly, "He's really hungry"
Forth made his way towards Pha along with both their friends.
"Hey slow down" Beam warned as Pha stuffed his cheeks with food. He swallowed and looked at all of them as they were staring at him, giving him weird looks.
"I’m really hungry ok"
"But Pha, you'll choke" Lam said. Pha smiled at him, "I’m fine"
Park arrived at the group and looked at Pha stuffing his face. He chuckled slightly, "You eat like a pregnant woman"
They all looked at Pha then at Forth, then back to Pha again. Pha stopped eating for a moment and digested what he said. "Are you pregnant Pha?" Max asked.
Pha scoffed, "No, of course not. What's with people, relating everything to me being pregnant."
Forth looked at Pha with his mouth ajar. 'Maybe it’ll explain the weird moodiness.'
Pha smacked Forth's head, "I’m not pregnant! Stop staring at me! Forth!" Pha whined at him.
'Geezz why can't people see that I'm a fully grown man, who can't get pregnant' Pha thought munching on his food again.
Forth snapped out of his thoughts, "Stop picking on my husband."
Kit tugged at Pha's sleeve, "You sure you haven’t put on weight"
Pha's eyes widened in shock, "Oyyy!"
Kit backed away from Pha. Pha shot a look at all of them.
"Now if you don’t mind, I’m taking my food away from all of you" He walked away and sat on the sofa. Pha felt a presence sit next to him. He looked up at Forth and pouted sadly.
"Ah, ignore them, they don't know anything" Forth patted Pha's head gently.
Pha rested his head on Forth's shoulder and looked up at him.
"Can you believe it's been 6 months?" Pha pondered.
"Time sure does fly by"
Pha looked up at Forth. They stared at each other in silence for a moment; it wasn't an awkward silence but more of a peaceful one. Pha's eyes sparkled as he reach up to Forth's face. He poked his two index fingers in Forth's cheeks.
Forth smiled at Pha's antics, "what are you doing now?"
"Mmm, you have the cutest smile ever!" Pha grinned happily as he poked his cheeks in and out,making Forth's smile widen "Cute gummy smile"
"Yah! Stop it" Forth pushed his hands away.
"But your smile is so cute" Pha squashed his cheeks and quickly kissed him on the lips.
Forth whined as he made another attempt to remove Pha's hands. His cheeks reddened as Pha kept complimenting his smile. But Pha continued to tease him about his smile, complimenting them over and over again, giving pecks in between.
Both their parents watched their interactions and sighed with content. They were glad that both were finally getting along. Their moms Silently squealed with each other as Forth became embarrassed by Pha's actions. They felt a sense of relief that their plan with the marriage wasn't a total failure.
