MOVIE: The Outsiders
TITLE: Stone Wolf
LOVE INTEREST: Your choice
OC NAMES: Thomas Stone Wolf
FACE CLAIMS: James Dean
TAKEN BY: esladon

DESCRIPTION:

"WE ARE REBELS FOR A
CAUSE, POETS WITH A
DREAM, AND WE WON'T
LET THIS WORLD DIE
WITHOUT A FIGHT."

OR

In which Stone Wolf befriends
the shy greaser he works with.

EXTENDED SUMMARY:

Thomas Stone Wolf spent most of his time alone. He always kept to himself and only associated with his mother and little sister. Stone wasn't apart of a particular gang but he was a greaser just like the rest of the no good hoods on the east side. When he wasn't at school, he spent most of his time at Bruce's Tank which is where he worked. Even at his job, Stone never talked to anybody. He finally managed to speak when he and Johnny Cade, a newbie at Bruce's Tank, got stuck at the gas station during a storm. They spent the majority of the night trapped in the station together and slowly started talking to one another. After that night, the two formed a weird friendship that nobody saw coming. It got even weirder when Johnny introduced Stone to the gang and when Johnny began spending the night at Stone's place instead of the lot. Although it was odd and strange, both boys seemed to be happier than they were before.

CHARACTER PROFILE:

Name - Thomas Stone Wolf
Age - Seventeen years old
Place of birth - Indiana
Nationality - American
Occupation - Gas Station
Current location - Tulsa, Oklahoma
Education - Will Rogers High School

- PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

Eye color - Blue eyes
Hair style - Greased back
(blondish/brownish hair color)
Build - Fair, just right for him

-Stone has a tiny skull tattoo
on his left wrist because his
father's boss used to draw
skulls randomly.

-He has a scar on his right arm
from being cut with a razor
by a soc named Robert.

-Stone's preferred outfit is a
pair of blue jeans with a plain
white or black shirt, sometimes
he wears his red leather jacket
over it.

-He sometimes wears glasses,
mostly when he's attempting
to read or when he's home
alone.

-Stone always keeps a comb in
his back pocket and he usually
has a switch blade in
his shoe.

-He isn't very smart but comes
off as well put together.

-All around a sloppy person
but is also fresh in his own way.
(very very very sloppy handwriting)

-Doesn't have any illnesses
but wouldn't really know because
he hasn't been to the doctor in
seven years.

-Tries to seem confident when
he walks but usually just walks
fast to get where he needs to be.

- MORE ABOUT HIM

- Stone does not like
making eye contact with
a person when he's arguing
with them. (Unless it's a soc
because he doesn't want to
be seen as weak or fragile)

-When he's nervous,
Stone will focus on his
fingers and continuously
mess with them.

-When he's upset, he'll avoid
eye contact with people
as much as possible.

-When he's happy, he'll clench
his jaw to keep himself from
smiling widely or laughing.

+doesn't like his laugh
because of how wild
and loud it is.

+he has never liked
his full smile so he
usually settles for a
half grin or smirk.

-His preferred curse
word is damn or fuck

-Stone will use the words "I just"
a lot when he's nervous, angry,
or upset.

-He doesn't talk much
(keeps to himself.)

-He thinks that over the top
situations are hilarious and he
also likes sarcastic people.

-He's pretty sarcastic for a guy
who isn't that smart or clever.

-Hard to read. He doesn't wear
his heart on his sleeve and he does
a good job at holding his emotions
in and looking calm/relaxed.

-Doesn't mean to have it but has
a resting bitch face all the time.

-Stone is from Marion, Indiana.

-He, his mother, and his
little sister moved to Tulsa,
Oklahoma when Stone was eight.

-They moved because their
mother was trying to get away
from their father who was caught
up in a bad business (Stone and
his sister don't know about this).

-Stone loved/loves his father and
sees him in a very high light, but
it's his mom that he truly idolizes.

-He is bisexual just like the
iconic James Dean was

-His dream job as a child
was to become an actor

-He used to love western
movies when he was a kid

-Stone's role models while
growing up were his father
and his father's boss. He
simply thought that they were
cool. He also admires his mother
but he doesn't talk about it.

-Stone's biggest regret is leaving
the watch his father gave him
behind before they left.

-His hobbies while growing
up were playing baseball,
watching western movies
when he was allowed to, and
going to work with his dad so
he could sit around and talk
to his father's boss.

-Stone's favorite place to be as
a child was at his father's job.

-His saddest memory was
when they left his dad, he
didn't understand what was
going on and he just remembers
his chest feeling heavy.

-His happiest memory
was when he taught his
little sister and his mother
how to play baseball. They
were absolutely horrible at
first but it was still a good time.

-His clearest memory would
be the first time he got jumped
by a group of socs. He was only
nine when it happened.

-The turning point in Stone's
life where he went from being
a child to an adult would once
again be the moment
when they left.

-Three adjectives to describe him
as a kid would be: happy, playful,
and talkative which is everything
he's not now.

-Stone has only been to
jail twice. Once for damaging
a soc's property for making
his sister uncomfortable. And
twice for getting in a huge fight
with a group of socs in
front of The Dingo.

- STONE'S FAMILY

Father - Jack Wolf
Age - (Now: 40) (When they left: 31)
Occupation - A Hitman
-Jack was close to his son. They loved each other very much and spent a lot of time together. He chose his dangerous job over his wife and kids which led them to leave. Stone is unaware of what his father really did for a living and just has him painted out to be a great father. Stone hasn't heard from his dad in nine years. He gets sad thinking that he didn't come after him, his mom, and his sister.

Mother - Carrie Wolf (Now: Carrie King)
Age - (Now: 39) (When they left: 30)
Occupation: She was a stay at home mom when the kids were little but once they left, she managed to get a job as a waitress and a job at a gas station called, "Bruce's Tank" which Stone works at as well.
-Carrie King has a close relationship with both of her children. She works with Stone and got her daughter a job as a babysitter. She sometimes gets jealous over the love and admiration Stone has for his father. It makes her feel childish but she thinks that he might love him more than her.

Sister - Nova Wolf
Stone's nickname for her - SuperNova
Age - (Now: 15) (When they left: 6)
Occupation - A babysitter
-Nova is very close to her older brother, in fact, that is the first person she'll go to if she has a problem. He calls her SuperNova and has been since he was 12 and she was 10. Stone doesn't have many friends like Nova does, so he considers her not only a sister but a friend as well. He taught her how to play a few sports, how to defend herself, how to get out of certain situations that make her uncomfortable, and he ever taught her how to do her hair. They fight every now and then but they're pretty nice to each other for the most part.

-Stone, Carrie, and Nova are poor. They live on the bad side of town and are considered greasers. They don't really have any family outside of the three of them. Stone's mother was once rich when she was younger but her parents cut her off once she chose Stone's father over them. Stone's father (Jack) was poor which didn't sit well with Carrie's parents.

- RELATIONSHIPS

-Stone likes to keep to
himself and doesn't really
talk to anybody. That's why he's
never been in a greaser gang
like "The Shepards" or the
"Curtis Gang". It has always
been him, his mom, and his
sister. He doesn't feel the
need to change that.

-He has one enemy and his
name is Robert Smalls. Robert
is the soc who cut his arm. Ever
since Robert tried making a move
on his sister, Stone has hated
him, espcially since his sister
was uncomfortable. Stone has
wrecked Robert's car, Robert has
cut Stone's arm, Stone has
knocked one of Robert's teeth
loose, and Robert has tripped
Stone in the middle of class
more than he's proud to
admit.

What does he want from
a relationship - In any
relationship Stone wants
loyalty and a good time.

Who would his ideal partner
be - Someone who understands
him and doesn't try to change
or "fix" who he is. He wants
someone who will balance
him out.

Who is his significant
other - Stone is single and
has been all his life.

Has he kissed anyone - Yes.
He's kissed many people, it
never led to a relationship or
even a friendship. He usually
kisses people at parties once
he's had one drink.

- THE WAY PEOPLE SEE HIM

-Strangers on the street just
see him as he wants to be seen:
a confident greaser without
a care in the world.

-The three people he works
with (excluding his mother) find
him very hard to read. They
never know what to say to
him or how to approach
him.

1 - Harley Rudd
-She's a greaser. She thinks Stone
is really cute and she wants to get
to know him but she's scared to talk
to him because his shyness comes
off as cold and rude.

2 - Michael Kent
-He's a greaser whose
nickname is "Clark Kent". He
doesn't think much of Stone,
he's nothing more than a work
buddy. They barely talk which
doesn't bother either all
that much.

3 - Johnny Cade
-Obviously, a greaser as you all
know. Johnny just started working
at the gas station to spend some
time away from home. He
doesn't really know what to think
of anybody yet. He keeps to
himself like Stone does so they
haven't even talked.

-Teachers think of Stone as
just another no good hood

-Many girls, including socs,
find Stone to be good looking.
If he weren't so hard to read and
had the same outgoing
personality Sodapop Curtis
had then he wouldn't be able
to keep them away.

-"You've never even
had a girlfriend."
-"Nobody interests me."

- WHO HE DEPENDS ON

Practical advice - his mother

Mentoring - usually nobody but
when he's desperate, he'll go
to his mom

Wingman - no one (in the
future, possibly Michael
and Sodapop)

Emotional support - his sister

Moral support - his mom

-Stone tries not to depend on
anybody but he does, his main
people to go to are his mom
or sister.

- PSYCHOLOGY

What does he do on rainy
days - he takes a walk

Street-smart or
book-smart - street-smart

An optimist or
pessimist - a pessimist

Introverted or
extroverted - introverted

Favorite sound -
thunder or music

Favorite place in the world - his
room with the door locked

Secrets he keeps - doesn't tell a
living soul that he likes both girls
and boys, he also tries not to
talk about his father to people
at school, and he's never told
anyone (not even his mother or
sister) that he almost ran away
once so he could find his father.

What he wants the
most - Doesn't show it
but more company

Biggest flaw - loves too hard
and it always backfires

Biggest strength -
he's always selfless

Biggest fear - losing
someone he loves

Biggest accomplishment -
hasn't had one yet

Idea of perfect happiness - getting
out of the poor side of town, getting
a house, finding a person to spend
the rest of his life with, and
settling down. That'd be
enough for him.

Favorite quote - "Only the gentle
are ever really strong."

Does he want to be
remembered - Only by the
people he cares about

How does he approach
power - has never really
had any power

How does he approach
love - slowly and hesitantly

How does he approach
change - good change is easy to
face but bad change, he avoids.

What bores him - school
and sitting alone

What makes him angry - Robert
and people overstepping
their boundaries, especially
when it comes to his sister
and mom

Pet peeves - popping gum,
lip-smacking, people who are
loud for no reason, show-offs,
and people who try to push him
into being outgoing and loud.

Bucket list - have a kiss
mean something, go on a road
trip with a person who isn't
family, reunite with dad, meet
a celebrity, learn how to dance,
and find a way to never ever
be alone again.

10 favorite songs - You Can Never
Tell by Chuck Berry, Trouble by
Elvis Presley, Good Golly Miss
Molly by Little Richard, Johnny
B. Goode by Chuck Berry, Rave
On by Buddy Holly, The Way
You Do the Things You Do by
The Temptations, Bye Bye Love
by The Everly Brothers, You Send
Me by Sam Cooke, These Arms of
Mine by Otis Redding, and Rock
and Roll Music by Chuck Berry.

Best compliment he's gotten -
Harley once told him that she
liked his hair. He didn't know
how to reply so he nodded and
then walked off.

NOTES:

-This story could go a lot of different ways. You could have the love interest be anybody you want. It could be Johnny which would make the most sense and would be the best option in my opinion. You could also pair him with someone from the gang or even Cherry. But the smartest choice would be Johnny.

-At first, Johnny and Stone's relationship is strictly platonic. He should even date Harley before he even starts liking Johnny.

-Harley has had the biggest crush on him since she started working there and admires him from afar. When she finally sees that he's in a better mood, she gains the courage to ask him out. He surprisingly says yes.

-I would love if you worked his father into the storyline somehow. Maybe he opens up about him to Johnny. His father can be brought into the story as a way to help Stone grow as a person.

-Stone should eventually find out about what his dad truly did for a living and should be shocked, hurt, and disgusted by it.

-I would love to see Stone building a good friendship with Michael and a boy from the gang (your choice as to who he gets close to besides Johnny).

-Also, please make sure to add in scenes of his mother and little sister. They are very important to him. You could write a scene where plays baseball with them, Michael, Harley, and Johnny.

-If you want any side ship ideas: Nova & Sodapop, Nova & Steve, Harley & Michael, or Harley & somebody from the gang.

-Robert is Stone's biggest enemy so he should be in the story as well, he doesn't have to come in a lot but he should be there. I mean he does try to make Stone's life a living hell.

-If you need any help with this plot, I can help as best as I can. If you want it, comment and I'll most likely say yes.
