...
"fuck."
i knew i was never going to get out of this without getting caught.
so i surrendered myself.
one of the officers ran behind me and hand cuffed me, while the other one took my weed and my pipe and put it in a little zip lock baggie
"wow. this is just not my day!" i thought to myself as the cop tossed me in the cop car
"fuck you!" i yelled out as i kicked the door
"you have the right to remain silence" , "anything that you say will be held against you in court." the cop said as he got into the drivers seat and started driving
"ughh" i sighed as i stopped struggling and laid back.
"sir, are you awear that marijuana is illegal" the cop on the passenger seat said
i ignored him in disgust and looked out my window
"what am i going to do? my life is falling apart." i thought to myself
~Michelles POV
i looked at my phone..."5:00pm"
it started to rain, slowly picking up strength
thunder came upon us as we were walking back home from school and the mall, shawn held me tight because he already knew i was scared of thunder
"i love you michelle" shawn said as he snuggled me in closer to him
i honestly didnt know what to say, i still had a little feelings for hayes, but hayes hurt me so i dont know?? ...
"i love you to shawn" i said in a low voice as we got to my door
he kissed my cheek and i hugged him tightly.
"bye beautiful" shawn said as he gazed into my eyes
"bye mendes" i said smiling
he walked away and i went inside, i changed into my spandex and a white flowy top with a long black cardigan
i laid on my bed and wondered what hayes was doing right now.
i checked my phone...no messages from him.
~Hayes POV
we arrived at a Juvenal hall and the officer opened my door and took me out, they took me inside and sat me downin an office
"are you high?" one of them asked
"no, im hayes..??" i asked in a confused voice
(yes, hayes is high as'f rn -notjustafandom)
"yep! haes high." said the officer as he got up and wrote stuff down on his notepad
"how old are you son?" said one of the officers
"14 man..." i said
"and your doing drugs?!"
"no...i was smoking weed? tf." i said in a confused but positive voice
"hes a pothead officer, of course hes going to say that" said a man in a suit
"ok. we're going to let you off the hook, but your parents are going to have to pay a $100 fine"
i shrugged my shoulders and started to play with my feet, "hey, can you take these cuffs off of me?"
a police officer came up to me with small keys and removed the hand cuffs
"ok kid, go call your parents to come pick you up" the officer said as he pointed to the wall phone
i had remembered, my parents arent here, and i didnt want them finding out either so i called nash
~Nash's POV
eh, its hayes, probably not that impotant...
*hangs up*
... no answer.
great!
"umm...no ones home sir" i said
"do you have anybody else that can pick you up?" said the officer
i thought of calling michelle, but i thought, why would she care?? she hates me! she probably doesnt even wan anything to do with me anymore! why even try?
"nope." i said in a low voice while looking at my feet
"then i guess you'll have to spend the night here until someone comes for you kid!"
"greeeeaaattt."
they showed me to my cell and i laid on the old ugly hard bed they had for me
i looked at the small clock in my cell "8:30pm"
i felt so lonely. i wanted someone besides me, someone special, someone like ...michelle.
god how i miss her!
i thought about her all night until it was 10pm and i fell asleep.
*12pm//Midnight*
i quickly jumped up out of bed.
"i know what i have to do." i said while putting my hands on top of my head
i opened my cell and raced to the phone, i dialed michelles number until she finally answered
"hello??" she said in a sweet, tired voice
"michelle!"
"ugh, hyaes?! what do you want??" she said as her voice tone began to get stronger
"michelle im so sorry!" i said as i poured my heart out to her
"hay-"
i imediatly cut her off , "im in jail!"
"hayes what!!!??!" she quickly said
"wtf?? how? wtf did you do?? you know what nvm im coming to get you?" she said quickly in a concerened way
she quickly hung up and i thought to myself.
"she still cares." , a smile grew on my face and i felt kinda happy for a quick second.
10 minutes later michele showed up to the front office ...
"hayes!! wheres hayes!?" she yelled
i ran up to the front and right when she saw me she jumped into my arms
~Michelles POV
"oh god hayes! what would you do without me??" i cried
"i honestly dont know." he smiled and hugged me tighter than ever
"im so so-"
i immediately cut him off and pressed our lips together.
"shut up grier".
he smiled as we were kissing and so did i
"now lets go home" he said as we interlocked our fingers
"your staying at my house for the night" he said almost certain
i giggled and we walked to his house
when we got there hayes quickly shut the door and we went up to his room, he put on a movie and we cuddled, it was perfect.
i kissed his neck repeatedly and he kissed my lips
"i love you" he said
"i love you too" i said back
i put some background music on to lighten the moment, it was "Give Me Love by Ed Sheeran"
our lips moved in sync and hayes got on top of me, he started kissing my neck and i let out small moans
he took his shirt off and i took mine off, and before you knew it we were fully undressed
i tugged on his hair a couple times as he entered me, i let out small moans and motioned my hips, hayes couldnt help but moan too
it was 3:00 in the morning and hayes and i were both exhausted, he pulled out and we fell asleep in each others arms
"i love you hayes"
"i love you to michelle."
