Saraya left after an hour and I rush upstairs and get ready and change so I can head to the performance center
I run down the hallway towards my room, I walk in to see Atticus sleeping in the corner in his bed
"Atticus!" I say and his ears perk up and he stands up and stretches
"Let's go for a walk before I leave" I say grabbing his leash and go and clip it onto his collar
I look down and realize I'm still bare foot, I run to my closet and dresser and grab a pair of shoes and socks
"Ok Atticus lets go" I say and he walks beside down the stairs every now and then looking at me making sure I was still beside him
I grab my house keys and slip them into my pocket
"Ok around the block one time ok" I speak up and Atticus barks wagging his tail like he knew exactly what I was saying
After we walked around the block twice, the second time was basically a run cause of a squirrel I got home with Atticus panting away
"Let's go boy" I say unlocking the door to the house he runs in and too the back door
I grab a scoop of his food and grab a cup and fill it with water, I set them on the counter and open the door Atticus runs out and turns around looking at me I laugh feeding him and giving him his water
I close the door and run upstairs grabbing my bag and throwing my workout clothes in it
I text Matt and Sara incase I might be late since I had a one on one training session with them today alongside the rest of the Undisputed Era
I rush down the stairs and grab my 2 water bottles and shove them in my bag and rush outside to my car
I turn my Bluetooth on and hit shuffle
I start singing along to every song that plays as I drive the busy highway from Tampa to Orlando
After an hour and a half drive I finally reach the performance centre
I unplugged my phone and grab my bag and rush in to the building
"Hi" I say running past the front desk and into the training area
"Hi" I say seeing Matt and Sara near me
"And there you are Kylee!" Adam says as I take my cropped sweater off knowing it'll be a long training session
"Ok I want to start off with some sparing" Matt says
"Let's have Austin and Kylee versus Roderick and Bobby"
"Like the good ol' days" Austin says fist bumping me
"Actually I want to see Kylee and Bobby versus Roderick and Kyle" Sara says looking at Matt
"Ok Austin come on out here and Kyle lets see what our tag team champs got versus' Bobby and Kylee" Matt says as Kyle jumps on the apron while Austin rolls out of the ring
I look over to Bobby and ask if he wants to start or should I
"10 minutes let's see who gets the pin fall" Matt says
Bobby and Roderick start off by locking up
After a few minutes of them going back and forth Bobby tags me in, I go to the top turn buckle drop kicking Roderick to the mat, I jump up pulling him towards my corner
I pull his one leg back doing a Boston crab hold
"C'mon Roddy we can't let a girl beat us" Kyle says, I look over and pull his leg further back causing Roderick to groan out loud
"See what you get for talking O'reilly" Bobby laughs as I release some pressure from Roddy's leg so I don't hurt him
I lean forward "you good?" I ask and he nods
"Tap Roddy boy" Bobby leans down looking Roderick right in the face
I fall forward I look over my shoulder to see Kyle sitting up meaning he forced a break
"C'mon sweetie tag me in" Bobby says reaching out I tag him in rolling out of the ring onto the mat on the outside, I stand up straight seeing Kyle and Bobby going back and forth
I jump back on the apron waiting for a tag
*Skip to end*
I lock Kyle in an octopus hold, I start prying his fingers apart, I stretch his abdomen more
"I give" Kyle says tapping out
I release Kyle and jump down my feet hitting the mat
"That was good you 4" Matt says as I roll out grabbing my bag, I reach in grabbing one of my water bottles and taking a big swig from the cold water bottle I hand it to Roderick
"Thanks" he says handing it back to me
"Ok let's have Austin and Roderick in the ring now" Matt says and they nod their heads jumping in the ring
After 10 more minutes Roderick was able to pin Austin
They roll out and I throw my water bottle at them, they both down a big drink before handing it back to me
Matt and Sara talk to us on what we need to work on more for in ring
"Ok so we are going to do drills and run the ropes and then the five of you will be heading to see Sean Hayes for some conditioning and later Kylee you will be going with Sara for a one on one and the four of you will be coming with me for some training" Matt says pointing at me and then at the 4 guys, we nod our heads
After an hour of running the ropes and doing our usual drills Matt dismisses' us I wipe the sweat from my forehead we roll out
I grab my bag and run to catch up to the boys so we can work on strength and conditioning
"Ok I want Kylee with me, Kyle and Roderick and Adam and Bobby we are going to start with just some simple punches and kicks" he says and we nod grabbing the gloves
After hours of strength and conditioning I head to find Sara
"Ky do you have an extra water bottle?" I look over to see Bobby leaned over panting, I nod my head reaching into my bag and throwing the extra bottle towards him
I take a big drink of mine and go refill my bottle
"How's training?" I jump choking on my water
"Oh my god I'm sorry!" I look to see Candace she starts hitting my back as I cough
"You good?" She asks as my coughing stops I nod my head taken in a breath
"Don't ever do that again" I breath out laughing
"And training is good now to go work out with Sara" I smile wiping my forehead
"So what are you planning to wear tonight?" I look over to see Bobby looking this way
"I don't know" I smile his way waving
"You two so cute" I hear Kairi's voice
"I should go but I will text you after my date" I hug both girls and run away
