I dream of it

I remember walking in the night,
     But this isn't the city,
This is the night life.
I have seen the bright yellow of the moon goddess,
shining down when the sky is
        black.
Shadows,
inky with night essence,
    are a moving picture.
  My love, you are unrecognisable,
but you are still the hand I grasp when walking together.
Nothing is hazy for there is no artificial light,
   only the light of the night.
   And the small brook,
      Reflects,
   Both our faces.
    And I love you,
       In the shadows
           of this dark night.
