A date to remember
It's been four years since Niall and I have gotten together and now to this day I know he's the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.
Today is my 18th birthday and Niall told me he has something special planned for us.
I apply my make up lightly on my face. My eyeliner and mascara really bring out my sky blue eyes and the blush makes my cheek bones look in line and fitting.
My wet blonde hair cascades down my shoulders and back in waves as I run my fingers through it and spray some strawberry scented perfume all over my body.
I grab my white dress that has diamonds under the chest area and slip it on, it falls about 5 inches above my knees. I look around my room for my purse and phone and find them.
I swing my purse over my shoulder, slip on my black heels phone in hand and hurry down the steps.
I sit on my couch fiddling with my fingers for a bit when suddenly my door bell goes off.
I scurry off the couch and open the door to a blue eyed blonde haired beauty.
"hey Niall!" I say.
" hey babe, ready to go?" he asks.
"Yeah," I say.
I walk out of the house and close the door behind me, Niall snakes his arms around my waist sending shivers to go down my spine from his touch.
" By the way, you look beautiful love," oh how Nialls words always make me blush.
" Thanks babe, and you don't look so bad your self," I giggle.
" why thank you! Oh and before I forget, where we are going is a surprise and I have to blind fold you sorry," he exclaims.
" you know I hate surprises but for you, anything," I say.
He opens the door for me and I slide in, I hear him scurry off to his side and he hops in and then turns towards me pulling out a blind fold and covering my vision.
The car ride seems endless and very dark, well if course it'd be dark! I have a blind fold covering my sight, but the atmosphere is calm joyful and exciting with Niall.
We make small talk throughout the ride and every time there's a pause it's peaceful not awkward or anything.
After a while the car stops and I hear Niall get off. I was itching to get the blind fold off but when I felt Nialls arms around my body I went blank.
I went into a fit of giggles in his arms and wrapped my arms around his neck while he carried me bridal style to my SURPRISE.
I literally blocked out the world and made no sudden urge to go back because being in Nialls arms made me feel safe and secure even my hearing was blacked out until Nialls sweat angelic voice brought me out of my trance.
"okay, I'm going to put you down and when I say take off the blind fold you take it off alright?" explains Niall.
I nod and smile giddily and stand where he placed me and wait for the Que.
" You can take your blind fold off now," he says.
My eyes almost fall out of their sockets and my jaw drops to the floor.
I am standing by the ocean on a plat form and tiki torches all lined up on the perimeter . There's a table that looks like it came right out of a Victorian movie.
Three waiters are at the bottom of the play form with huge long silver platters in their arms.
I look back at Niall whose standing there looking at me with intensity and I flicker my eyes behind him.
I notice Liam, Louis,Harry and Zayn all stand behind him making a V form and the I look at the table and see my friends Eleanor and Ally.
" Courtney Acevedo, this is for you," says Niall.
I stand there a bit confused when I see Niall grab a guitar from the side and Niall begins to sing.

I listen and hear the change in lyrics and instead of Harry singing next and Niall echo it was switched around.
The song goes on until Louis and Nialls solo comes and I love to hear their voice and I let it sooth me.

At this point in over flown in tears and I feel the smile grow even wider on my face if that's even possible.
By the end of the song I feel like I've cried off ten pounds and my face hurts so much from smiling.
"Oh Niall this is the best birthday ever! Thank you and everyone else," I exclaim.
I run up to Niall and hug him like there's no tomorrow.
"group hug!" yells Louis.
" Guys c...c..can't ..breathe!" I stutter.
Murmers of sorry go around as we head over to the table. I see Eleanor and ally sitting at the table and present in hand.
" hey el and ally! Oh... Presents!" I shout.
" ha hey Hun and no not now not until after dinner,"
I fake pout but give up and slide into a chair next to Niall as all the boys take their seats as well.
Immediately, small talk erupts as the food is placed In front of us.
On the plate is steamed crab, white rice, four sushi rolls and a hot steamy roll of bread; the drink is a sizzling apple cider. My favorite by the way.
Eleanor and Louis talk and laugh the night away while Zayn,Ally and Harry crack jokes and puns on one another. My eyes land on Liam who is just sitting their playing with his food. Note to self: ask Liam later why he's sad.
3 hours have passed and I have no idea why it took 2 hours on dinner and 1 hour on desert which by the way was hot fudge triple chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry on top and a tall glass of water.
If I even drink milk right now I'm stomach won't be to happy since the food from earlier wont do so well with the milk their and might make a reappearance.
Sorry back to topic. Niall grabs hold of my wrist and leads me to the present table which I am now noticing.
I first open a present from Harry. It's a diamond neckless that sparkles in so bright.
I open the next one from Louis and Eleanor. They bought me mid thigh high black dress that would hug my body and it has diamonds at the bottom of it to top it off.
I then open the one from Zayn it's a pair of the most beautiful white heals I've ever seen.
Next is Liam, he bought me a purse to match the dress with £600 in one of the pockets!
I look over and find ally's present and open it. It's the IPhone 5 never thought I'd see one so thin!.
Wait, I didn't see a present from Niall and I turn to give him a questioning look.
"Erm.... I don't want to sound greedy or spoiled or anything but did you get me a present, but if you didn't tags totally cool you already did all this for me and it's more than I could ever ask for," I say. Ok that did sound a bit stuck up but oh we'll it's already out in the open.
" oh NO! I did get you a present, one sec!" he says I walks over to the middle of the play form and motions me to come towards him. I obliged and walk towards him when suddenly, he gets on one knee before me.
He digs through his pocket and pulls out a silver box and I have to keep myself from freaking out.
" Will you, Courtney Anne Acevedo take me Niall James Horan as your lawful wedded husband?" he asks.
I hear a loud clap of thunder and begin to feel the rain trickle down and hit my body.
" Yes! Yes a billion times yes!" I yell. He places the ring on my wedding finger and spins me around as he lifts me up in his arms.
The rain is now falling down hard on us but we don't care I hear cheers around us as I begin to lean in for a kiss and Niall closes the gap.
The butterflies in my stomach really to at it, I feel a warm tug at the pit of my stomach. My heart races , time stops, my mind whirls the rain pours my stomach does summer salts while the butterflies roam in my stomach. Yeah, this is one of the cliche moments in life that I will never forget.
Awes echo all around as we pull apart, our faces flush a crimson red. We stay in each others arms and look into each others eyes. He is my prince and now he is mine.
