Taehyung's POV
"TAEHYUNGIE!"
I woke up and jolted up in bed to a ear piercing scream coming from the other room, proceeding to hear frantic footsteps getting louder and louder until a petite figure appeared at my door
I heaved a sigh and got up before the girl in front of me could scream again
Taehyung: I'm up I'm up, don't shout please!
The girl glared at me, her hands on her hips
"Is that any way of greeting your younger sister?"
I sighed again and rolled my eyes far back into my head
Taehyung: How did you even get in here?
The girl reached into her pocket and dangled a bunch of keys on front of my face
Eonjin: Duh, don't you remember pabo?
I snatched the keys away from her and huffed
Taehyung: I don't even remember why I gave it to you in the first place
Eonjin rolled her eyes and shoved her phone in my face
Eonjin: I'm here because I wanted to show you something!
I looked at the article on her phone and furrowed my eyebrows
Taehyung: The AAM awards? Why are you showing this to me?
Eonjin: Because pabo, it's going to be held in Daegu this year! As in tomorrow!
I furrowed my eyebrows, not getting what she was trying to tell me
Taehyung: So? I'm not in BTS anymore...
My sister rolled her eyes and facepalmed
Eonjin: You really are a pabo...the girl you've been talking about? Chou Tz—
My eyes widened as I immediately got what she was trying to say and covered her mouth before she could finish her sentence
Eonjin slapped my hand from her mouth and placed her hands on her hips
Eonjin: So what is she now? Voldemort? "She-who-shall-not-be-named"?
Taehyung: I just...I don't know...I'm just trying to erase her from my memory
Eonjin: And how's that going pabo?
I sighed for the nth time and plopped down onto my bed
Taehyung: So, why are you mentioning this to me?
Eonjin reached into her purse and took out two small rectangular paper and handed one to me
EonJin: Thank me later oppa, and meet me at 4:00 tomorrow, it starts at 5:00
Taehyung: Wait, what?
Before I could say anything more, she was already out the door
Taehyung: Sheesh, sisters...
I took a look at the piece of paper she gave me and saw three big words on top that was enough to make my eyes widen to its maximum
Asian Artist Music Awards
Of course she gave me a ticket to the AAM awards...
I sighed and flopped back into my bed
I'm not going to go anyways...

"Ok, I'm going"
It was 3:00 the next day, and after spending hours of pacing back and forth in front of my bed, pondering whether to go or not, I've finally made up my mind
Taehyung: I just have to see her...she's not going to see me anyways, will she? Besides, I need to see the boys perform...right?
A phone call finally snapped me out of my thoughts, I took the call without looking at the caller ID first and immediately regretted it
"If you're still thinking about whether to go or not, don't, cause I'm already coming over and you better be ready oppa"
Taehyung: Fine Eonjin, I'll see you in a bit
I immediately ended the call and shivered
It's freaky how she knows what I'm thinking...
Eonjin came around after a while and we both took my car to go to the AAM awards
The whole time I was absolutely freaking out in my seat, and I was the one driving
I hoped Tzuyu wouldn't see me, but at the same time I hoped she would. I seriously didn't know how to feel and I was getting more and more anxious about it

Eonjin: OPPA!
I snapped out of my trance and my head immediately jerked back to the road in front of me
I saw the once red light now turned to green and I heard the furious honks of cars behind me
Taehyung: Sorry...
I immediately started the car again, taking deep breaths in and out continuously
Eonjin: Relax oppa, there's nothing to worry about
Taehyung: There a lot to worry about! Why did I even agree to go with you in the first place?
Eonjin: Because deep down in your heart, you are really desperate to see her, aka the love of your life
Eonjin smirked as she poked to my chest jokingly, I clicked my tongue and ignored her
Cause she was right...
We arrived at the AAM awards and took our seats that was towards back the back
Which was a good thing as Tzuyu wouldn't be able to see me
Right?
The award show soon started and different groups went on stage to perform
I recognised some of the familiar groups and even some of my friends in them and immediately missed being an idol
It may be tough but it sure made memories
BTS then went on stage to perform, and seeing the boys after a year filled my mind with memories
The good, the bad, it all came crashing down to me once again
Eonjin: Oppa, you miss them?
Taehyung: A lot...
Eonjin: You should go visit them at their hotel later, after all, it has been a year already
Taehyung: Yeah, I guess I should
The boys' performance was soon over and it was time for Twice's
I took deep breaths in and out. I closed my eyes and tried to calm my beating heart that was hammering loudly in my chest
The familiar tune of 'Yes or Yes' soon rang in my ear and I opened my eyes to see Chou Tzuyu on the large screen
Looking even more beautiful than I last remembered
My breathing hitched for a second before I started breathing normally again
She was so goddamn beautiful...
My heart fluttered and butterflies filled my stomach
I tried shaking off my feelings and remind myself not to fall for her charms again
But I already did and it was too late
I still love her
I never stopped either
One year from being away from her has just taught me that I just couldn't forget about her
I couldn't fall out of love with her
It's just impossible
The whole time Twice was performing, I could see Tzuyu's eyes roaming around the stadium looking for something
Or someone
Every time the camera pans to her, I could see her eyes roaming everywhere around the audience
But she finally stopped
She finally stopped when she found who she was looking for
Me
And I know cause our eyes locked for a few whole seconds
We were far away from each other and I was sitting in the way back of the audience
But she saw me
And our eyes locked
I quickly grabbed Eonjin's hands and stood up
Eonjin: Oppa, wha—
Taehyung: We need to go
We hurried out the award show and headed for the exit
I'm sorry, but I just can't Tzu
I can't...
