If tom didn't distract Jake I would've been out of here by now. Is all I could think, it was true. If Tom didn't walk outside I would have escaped. I could've ran away. I could have left all of my problems with them and live a happier life. I would have been okay. I COULD have been okay if it wasn't for him. I started running, and I heard Jake and Tom calling out my name but I ignored both of them until I couldn't feel or see anything. I must have been knocked out by a car or something because when I woke up I didn't know where I was. I started to look around and noticed all of the machines around me, beeping, and cords in my arms and something tracking my heart rate. I slowly realized that I was in a hospital bed.
