The sun rose above the Greenlands and Jelani was pacing in his lair.
"If this plan fails I'll kill those spoilt cubs!" he growled as he hit a skeleton of a gazzele making it shatter and fall.
Katili and Amari were chatting under the sun. As the other lionesses and Maahes were training.
"My daughter is putting her life at risk out there. If those Pride Landers lay a claw on her or the other two cubs. I'll...." Katili growled her light brown eyes narrowing. Amari sighed and placed a paw on her shoulder.
"The cubs will be alright. Besides they're very good fighters!" he told Katili wearing a smile on his face. Katili grinned back.
"Your right." she smiled at him before standing.
"We better get training." she smiled before running off. Amari smiled after retreating figure his heart fluttering in his chest. But he growled at himself.
"Stop it, Amari! What about Kim and Nailah?" he snarled to himself before he looked up again.
"I can't love her not after what happened with Kovu." he sighed before he followed after her.
